Abstract

This study attempts to analyse the core element, addressed to the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the separation wall in the West Bank (in paragraphs 90 to 100), namely the application of the Fourth Geneva Convention to the Palestinian territories. It is an opportunity to discuss the position of the parties concerned (Israel, Jordan and Palestine) and the International Court of Justice on this research.
