Abstract

ABSTRACT In our study, we examined this relationship between health communication and therapeutic performance in a hospital institution such as the Sabti counter in Souk Ahras. We conducted a field study using a questionnaire tool to collect data from patients. The sample included a diverse group of patients to provide a comprehensive picture of the impact of health communication on therapeutic performance. The results showed that effective health communication plays a vital role in improving therapeutic performance. Nous avons mené une étude de terrain en utilisant un questionnaire comme outil de collecte de données auprès des patients. L'échantillon comprenait un groupe varié de patients afin de fournir une image complète de l'impact de la communication en santé sur la performance thérapeutique. Les résultats ont montré que la communication en santé efficace joue un rôle crucial dans l'amélioration de la performance thérapeutique. L'enquête a révélé que les patients bénéficiant d'une bonne communication avec les prestataires de soins de santé ont rapporté une augmentation significative de leur satisfaction vis-à-vis des services reçus. De plus, il a été constaté une amélioration notable de la compréhension mutuelle entre les patients et les professionnels de la santé, ce qui a conduit à une meilleure qualité de traitement et à une réduction des taux d'erreurs médicales. Sur la base de ces résultats, l'étude recommande de renforcer les compétences en communication en santé des professionnels de la santé par le biais de formations régulières axées sur la communication efficace avec les patients. Elle préconise également la mise en place de systèmes de soutien technologique pour améliorer les canaux de communication entre les prestataires de soins et les patients, tels que des applications mobiles et des portails de santé électroniques. Cette étude souligne que l'amélioration de la communication en santé peut conduire à une amélioration globale de la qualité des soins de santé fournis, contribuant ainsi à de meilleurs résultats thérapeutiques et à une satisfaction accrue des patients. Ces résultats soutiennent la nécessité urgente d'investir dans la formation des personnels médicaux aux compétences en communication efficace et l'utilisation de la technologie pour améliorer l'expérience des patients et atteindre une performance thérapeutique exceptionnelle.
