CONCEPTION ET ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT R+4 ETAGE À USAGE D’HABITATION CONTREVENTE PAR VOILES-PORTIQUES EN BETON ARME

Abstract

This projectpresents a detailedstudy of a residential building consisting of a groundfloor plus four floors, located in the commune of Ben M'Hidi in the wilaya of El Tarf. This regionisclassified as seismic zone IIaaccording to the RPA99 version 2003. Using the reinforcedconcrete design and verificationregulations (RPA99V2003 and BAEL91 modifié99), thisstudyconsists of sevenparts: The first begins the general description of the projectwith a pre-dimensioning of the structure, followed by a presentation of the materialcharacteristics. The second part aims to carry out the pre-dimensioning of the various structural elements, such as beams, planks, walls, stairs, and the parapet, and finally the load-bearingcapacity. The third part aims to study the secondaryelements (beams, stairs, parapet, balcony). The dynamic and seismicstudy of the structure wasaddressed in the fourth part using Robot 2024 software, to determine the various stresses generated by permanent loads, operating loads, and seismic actions. The fifth part deals with the windstudy. The sixth part deals with the study of the structural resistanceelements (columns, beams, walls), whichwillbecalculated in the sixth part. Finally, the infrastructure studywillbecalculated in the last part. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة مفصلة لمبنى سكني يتكون من طابق أرضي بالإضافة إلى (04) طوابق، يقع في بلدية بن مهيدي بولاية الطارف. تم تصنيف هذه المنطقة كمنطقة زلزالية رقم IIaحسب المركز الوطني للبحث المطبق لهندسة مقاومة الزلزال. باستخدامقواعد الحساب والتحقق من الخرسانة المسلحة (RPA99V2003 et BAEL91 modifié99) ، تتكون هذه الدراسة من سبعة أجزاء: الجزء الأول: يبدأ بالوصف العام للمشروع، ثم إعطاء الأبعاد الأولية للعناصر المكونة له مع عرض لخصائص المواد. الجزء الثاني: يهدف إلى تحديد ابعاد العناصرالبناية. الجزء الثالث: يهدف إلى دراسة العناصر الثانوية للبناية. الجزء الرابع: يتضمن الدراسة الديناميكية والزلزالية للبناية. الجزء الخامس: يتضمن دراسة الرياح. الجزء السادس: يشمل على دراسة العناصر المقاومة لبناية (الأعمدة، العوارض، الجدران) . الجزء السابع: يتضمن دراسةالبنية التحتيةللبناية. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment a usage d’habitation constitué d'un Rez de chaussée plus (04) étages, implanté à la commune de Ben M'Hidi dans la wilaya d'El Tarf. Cette région est classée en zone sismique IIa selon le RPA99 version 2003. En utilisant les règlements de calcul et vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003 et BAEL91 modifié99), cette étude se compose de Sept parties : La première entame la description générale du projet avec une pré dimensionnement de la structure, ensuite la présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux. La deuxième partie a pour objectif de réaliser le prédimensionnement des différents éléments de la structure, tels que les poutres, les planches, les voiles, les escaliers ainsi que l’acrotère, et enfin la descente des charges. La Troisième partie a pour objectif d'étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère, balcon). L'étude dynamique et sismique de la structure a été abordée dans la quatrième partie à l'aide du logiciel Robot 2024, afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations engendrées par les charges permanentes, les charges d'exploitation ainsi que les actions sismiques. La Cinquième partie a pour l'étude de vent. La sixième partie a pour l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles) sera calculé dans la sixième partie. En fin l’étude de l’infrastructure sera calculée dans la dernière partie.
