Abstract

Abstract: This thesis explores the French privileges in Algeria during the Ottoman era (1830-1516), in terms of their concept, types and motives that led to granting them.It also monitors the various treaties that established these privileges, and highlights the manifestations of French penetration in the economic and diplomatic fields.The study shows how these privileges contributed to the weakening of Algerian sovereignty, through French companies, the accumulation of debts, and then the naval blockade.These factors formed a direct prelude to the French invasion of Algeria in 1830. --------------------------- ملخص المذكرة : تتناول هذه المذكرة دراسة الامتيازات الفرنسية في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني (1830-1516) ، من حيث مفهومها و أنواعها و الدوافع التي أدت الى منحها .كما ترصد مختلف المعاهدات التي أرست هذه الامتيازات ، وتبرز مظاهر التغلغل الفرنسي في المجالات الاقتصادية و الدبلوماسية .توضح الدراسة كيف ساهمت هذه الامتيازات في اضعاف السيادة الجزائرية ، من خلال الشركات الفرنسية ، وتراكم الديون، ثم الحصار البحري .وقد شكلت هذه العوامل تمهيدا مباشرا للغزو الفرنسي للجزائر سنة 1830 م . --------------------------- Résume : Cette note porte sur l'étude des privilèges accordés à la France en Algérie durant la période ottomane (1516-1830), en analysant leur concept, leurs types ainsi que les motivations ayant conduit à leur octroi. Elle examine également les différents traités qui ont instauré ces privilèges, tout en mettant en lumière les formes de pénétration française dans les domaines économique et diplomatique. L’étude montre comment ces privilèges ont contribué à l’affaiblissement de la souveraineté de la Régence d’Alger, notamment à travers les activités des compagnies françaises, l'accumulation de la dette, puis l'imposition du blocus maritime. Ces facteurs ont constitué un prélude direct à l'invasion française de l'Algérie en 1830.
