This crime has many reasons and factors that help to commit it, among these reasons are the psychological reasons linked to the perpetrator, such as the kidnapping of a child for revenge against his family, or for homosexuality, or for jealousy. considered an illness, or the abduction of the child by the perpetrator under the influence of drugs and other things. الطفل زينة الحياة الدنيا، وباعتباره فردا ضروري في المجتمع كغيره من الأشخاص له احتياجات ورغبات أساسية لابد من تلبيتها في ضل الأسرة والمجتمع، لكن في الآونة الأخيرة أصبح هذا الأخير لا يتمتع بكافة حقوقه، نضرا لانتشار جريمة خطيرة ومرعبة في حقه تمثلت في جريمة اختطاف الأطفال بحيث تعتبر هذه الجريمة من الجرائم المنضمة العابرة للحدود وتزايد خطورتها لارتباطها بالعديد من الجرائم الاخري مثل الاتجار بالأعضاء والاستغلال الجنسي ..... وغيرها من الجرائم الاخرى التي تعتبر دافع أساسي للإختطاف. إذ أنه في الفترة الأخيرة أصبحنا نسمع كلاما كثيرا حول طفل تم إختطافه من المكان كذا وعلي الساعة كذا وقتله وتعذيبه، هذا ما جعل الكثير من الأطفال والأسر والمجتمع الدولي كافة يعيشون حالة من الخوف وعدم الطمأنينة. لهذه الجريمة العديد من الأسباب والعوامل المساعدة لارتكابها ومن بين هذه الأسباب هي الأسباب النفسية التي تتعلق بالشخص الجاني كخطف الطفل بدافع الانتقام من أسرته، أو بدافع الشذوذ الجنسي، أو بدافع الغيرة باعتبارها مرض أو خطف الطفل من قبل الجاني الذي يكون تحت تأثير المخدرات وغيرها من الأقراص الهلوسة، ومن الأسباب الاجتماعية المساهمة في ارتكاب الجريمة ما نجد البطالة والفقر,التفكك الأسري، الدور السلبي للمدرسة....إلخ، بالإضافة إلي الانحلال الأخلاقي وضعف الوازع الديني للجاني. اذ انه مما لاشك فيه إن أغلب التشريعات والتدابير الدولية والاقليمة سعت جاهدة لمنع وحضر ومكافحة جريمة اختطاف الأطفال ويظهر ذلك من خلال سن القوانين مثل القانون النموذجي لحماية الطفل والإتفاقيات الدولية منها إتفاقية حماية الطفل 1989 والبروتوكولات الملحقة لها، فضلا عن الإعلانات والمواثيق الدولي التي ساهمت كذلك في حماية الطفل إلا إن كل هذه الجهود تعاني من ضعف إمكانيات التطبيق مما دفع بمنضمات حماية الطفولة القيام بدور اكبر فعالية لحماية الطفل إلا أنها كذلك لم تستطيع التغلب على كل الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها الطفل البريء. .................................

Il a des besoins et des désirs fondamentaux qui doivent être satisfaits au sein de la famille et de la société, mais ces derniers temps, cette dernière n'a plus aimé la lutte. pour ses droits, en raison de la propagation d'un crime grave et horrible contre lui, représenté par le délit d'enlèvement d'enfants, de sorte qu'il est considéré comme un crime organisé qui traverse les frontières, et sa gravité augmente car il est lié à de nombreux autres crimes qui sont considérés comme un motif principal d'enlèvement. Récemment, on a beaucoup entendu parler d'un enfant qui a été kidnappé à telle ou telle heure dans tel ou tel endroit et tué et torturé. et les familles à La communauté internationale vit dans un état de peur et d'incertitude. Ce crime a de nombreuses raisons et facteurs qui aident à le commettre, parmi ces raisons figurent les raisons psychologiques liées à l'auteur, comme l'enlèvement d'un enfant par vengeance contre sa famille, ou par homosexualité, ou par jalousie. considéré comme une maladie, ou l'enlèvement de l'enfant par l'auteur sous l'influence de drogues et d'autres choses.
