Abstarct: The public economic institution is the main management and the prevailing means by which it exercises rapid economic development. In view of its importance and place in the national economy, Algeria has paid great attention to it since the dawn of independence, as exemplified by the large legal arsenal that accompanied the reforms and transformations. It was strictly controlled, after Order No 04/0, They have been detailed in this study. .......................... الملخص : تعتبر المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية الإدارة الرئيسية و الوسيلة السائدة التي تمارس بواسطتها التنمية الاقتصادية السريعة ، و نظرا لأهميتها و مكانتها في الاقتصاد الوطني، أولت لها الجزائر اهتماما كبيرا منذ فجر الاستقلال وهو ما تجسد في الترسانة القانونية الكبيرة التي صاحبت الإصلاحات و التحولات، ووضعت لها رقابة صارمة، بعد أن جاء الأمر 01/04 وقد تم توضيحها بالتفصيل في هذه الدراسة. ........................... Résumé : L’institution économique publique est le principal gestionnaire et le moyen dominant par lequel elle exerce un développement économique rapide. Compte tenu de son importance et de sa place dans l’économie nationale, l’Algérie y porte une grande attention depuis l’aube de l’indépendance, comme en témoigne le vaste arsenal juridique qui a accompagné les réformes et les transformations.
