Identification du Zooplancton peuplant le barrage Ain Dalia (Souk Ahras )

Abstract

The main objective of thisstudyis to study the diversity and distribution of zooplanktonorganisms and learn to identifythem in the Ain Dalia dam, with the study of the physico-chemicalquality of the raw water. , in order to contribute to the understanding of the fundamental aspects of the functioning of the ecosystem, during the year 2022. To understandthis important component of the ecosystem, zooplanktonsampleswereanalyzedfrom the dam water everymonth over aperiod of five monthsfromJanuary to May 2022 collectedusing a plankton network attwo sites. The recentzooplankton in the dam allowed us to identify 5 groups (Copepods, Rotifers, Cladocera, Ostracode, Diptera) with dominance of copepods (69%). Othersampleswerealsotakenfrom the water of the dam, to assess the physical and chemicalproperties of the water to highlightsome of the factorsthatplay a role in determining the quality of this water such as ( temperature, pH, conductivity, salinity, and oxygen). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو دراسة تنوع وتوزيع كائنات العوالق الحيوانية وتعلم كيفية التعرف عليها في سد عين داليا، مع دراسة الجودة الفيزيائية والكيميائية للمياه الخام، من أجل المساهمة في فهم الجوانب الأساسية لعمل النظام البيئي خلال عام 2022. لفهم هذا المكون المهم للنظام البيئي. تم تحليل عينات العوالق الحيوانية من مياه السد شهريًا خلال فترة خمسة أشهرمن يناير إلى مايو2022 التي تم جمعها باستخدام شبكة من العوالق في موقعين.سمحت لنا هذه العوالق الحيوانية المدرجة في السد بتحديد خمس مجموعات ، مع هيمنة مجدافيات الارجل (69%). كما تم أخذ عينات أخرى من مياه السد، لتقييم الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للمياه لتسليط الضوء على بعض العوامل التي تلعب دورًا في تحديد الجودة من هذه المياه مثل (درجة الحرارة، ودرجة الحموضة، والتوصيل، والملوحة، والأكسجين المذاب) . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L'objectif principal de cette étude est d'étudier la diversité et la distribution des organismes du zooplancton et d'apprendre à les identifier dans le barrage d'Ain Dalia, avec l'étude de laqualité physico-chimique de l'eau brute, afin de contribuer à la compréhension des aspects fondamentaux du fonctionnement de l'écosystème, durant l'année 2022. Pour comprendre cette composante importante de l'écosystème, des échantillons dezooplancton ont été analysés à partir de l'eau du barrage tous les mois sur une période de cinq mois de janvier à mai 2022 collectés à l'aide d'un réseau de plancton sur deux sites . Le zooplancton récence dans le barrage nous a permis d’identifier 5 groupes (Copépodes, Rotifères, Cladocères, Ostracode, diptère) avec dominance des copépodes (69%). D'autres échantillons ont également été prélevés dans l'eau du barrage, pour évaluer les propriétés physiques et chimiques de l'eau afin de mettre en évidence certains des facteurs qui jouent un rôle dans la détermination de la qualité de cette eau tels que (température, pH, conductivité, salinité, et oxygène).
