Le cerisier: Cerasus avium Caractères morpho-polliniques, exigences écologiques et étude phénologique de ses cultivars

Abstract

In fruit trees, flowering is a major event that will strongly influence fruiting. This process, finely regulated by many environmental factors, is still little known. In the cherry tree the flowers only flourish after satisfying needs in cold and hot. The effects of climate change on flowering are already noticeable and could cause significant economic losses. The objective of this study is to increase knowledge about these determinants and to identify conditions controlling flowering in cherry. The study carried out in the OuledDriss region allowed us to reveal the conditions having a direct effect on budburst and fruiting. The period of study is carried out between March and May 2017 on a cherry orchard of Ouled. By implementing the random sampling method and select 10 cherry trees napoleon variety and select 4 branches in the 04 directions. The data obtained confirm the strong involvement of cold requirements in flowering and the complexity of these characteristics. Knowing that good flowering can only happen when the right conditions are met: shift from shoot to productive buds, good water withdrawal, good sunlight, good pollination and excellent nutritional balance. Only these conditions will enable the cherry tree to reach its full production capacity, which is necessary for the production of fruit. Added to good agro-cultural assistance and good weather conditions, they will allow the cherry tree to form good fruit. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- في أنواع الفاكهة، يعد الإزهار حدثًا رئيسيًا سيؤثر بقوة على الاثمار. هذه العملية، التي تنظمها العديد من العوامل البيئية، لا تزال غير معروفة. في شجرة الكرز، تتفتح الأزهار فقط بعد تلبية احتياجاتها من البرودة والحرارة. إن تأثيرات تغير المناخ على التزهير ملحوظة بالفعل ويمكن أن تؤدي إلى خسائر اقتصادية كبيرة، والهدف من هذه الأطروحة هو زيادة المعرفة حول هذه المحددات والتعرف على الظروف المتحكمة في التزهير في شجرة الكرز. من خلال دراسة الأشجار العشرة بمنطقة أولاد إدريس لمعرفة معايير وآفاق زراعة الكرز وتطويره بالمنطقة. تتم فترة الدراسة بين مارس ومايو 2017 في بستان الكرز بأولاد إدريس، وهو ما مكنت في الآونة الأخيرة من تحسين أمن المحاصيل وزيادة الإنتاج. بتطبيق طريقة أخذ العينات العشوائية واختيار 10 أشجار كرز نابليون واختيار 4 فروع في الاتجاهات 04. جعل من الممكن تأكيد التأثير القوي لمتطلبات البرد على الإزهار بالإضافة إلى تعقيد هذه الخصائص. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الإزهار الجيد لا يمكن أن يحدث إلا عند استيفاء الظروف المناسبة: حركة البراعم نحو البراعم المنتجة، والفطام المائي الجيد، والجرعة المناسبة من أشعة الشمس والتلقيح وهطول الأمطار والتوازن الغذائي الممتاز. هذه الظروف فقط هي التي ستسمح لشجرة الكرز بالوصول إلى طاقتها الإنتاجية الكاملة اللازمة للحصول على الفاكهة. وبالإضافة إلى المساعدة الزراعية الجيدة والظروف الجوية الجيدة، فإنها ستسمح لشجرة الكرز بتكوين بذور جيدة. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chez les espèces fruitières, la floraison est un évènement majeur qui influencera fortement la Fructification. Ce processus, finement régulé par de nombreux facteurs environnementaux, est encore peu connu. Chez le cerisier les fleurs ne s’épanouissent qu’après avoir satisfait des besoins en froid et en chaud. Les effets du changement climatique sur la floraison sont déjà notables et pourraient induire d’importantes pertes économiques.. L’objectif de cette mémoire est d’accroître les connaissances sur ces déterminants et d’identifier les conditions contrôlant la floraison chez le cerisier. En étudiant les dix arbres dans la région d’Ouled Driss pour connaitre les normes et les perspective de plantation et de développer la culture de cerisier dans la région. La période d’étude est effectuée entre mars et mai 2017 sur le verger de cerisier d’Ouled Driss a permis très récemment d’améliorer la sécurité des rendements et pour Augmenter la production. En mettant en œuvre la méthode d’échantillonnage aléatoire et choisir 10 arbre de cerisier napoléon et sélectionner 4 branches dans les 04 directions. a permis de confirmer la forte implication des besoins en froid dans la floraison ainsi que la complexité de ces caractères. On noter que une bonne floraison ne peut se faire que lorsque les bonnes conditions sont réunies : glissement de la pousse vers des bourgeons productifs, bon sevrage hydrique, juste dosage d’ensoleillement et la pollinisation et de précipitations et excellent équilibre nutritionnel. Seules ces conditions permettront au cerisier d’atteindre sa pleine capacité de production, nécessaire à l’obtention de fruits. Ajoutées à une bonne assistance agronomique et à de bonnes conditions météorologiques, elles permettront au cerisier de former de bonnes graines.
