Abstract

Summary: We have thus completed our examination of the topic of the legal regime of the International Decade. which is based on an examination of the content of the International Decade of the Great Importance of the Decade by attracting important areas in the internal life of States and capturing most of their activities in the field of external economic relations, It also highlights the international contractual process by introducing issues that are at least as important as defining the concept of the International Contract, as these are characteristic and thus require familiarity with the skills and techniques and the establishment of their foundations and rules. Contracts with installation and complexity because they respond to complex operations filled with technical and legal complexities .............................. الملخص : وبهذا نكون قد أتممنا دراسة موضوع النظام القانوني للعقد الدولي ، والتي تقوم على أساس فحص محتوى العقد الدولي لما یتجلى في ذلك من أهمیة كبیرة بحیث یستقطب المجالات الهامة في الحیاة الداخلیة للدول كما یستحوذ على جل نشاطاتها في مجال العلاقات الخارجیة الاقتصادیة ، وكذلك إلقاء الضوء على العملیة التعاقدیة الدولیة بحیث تعتبر من المسائل التي لا تقل أهمیة عن تحدید مفهوم العقد الدولي ذلك لما تتسم هذه وبذلك یقتضي الإلمام بالمهارات والتقنیات وبیان أسسها وقواعدها. العقود بالتركیب والتعقید لأنها ترد على عملیات مركبة وملیئة بالتعقیدات الفنیة والقانونیة ............................. Résumé : Nous avons ainsi achevé notre examen du thème du régime juridique de la Décennie internationale. qui se fonde sur un examen du contenu de la Décennie internationale de la grande importance de la Décennie en attirant des domaines importants dans la vie interne des États et en saisissant la plupart de leurs activités dans le domaine des relations économiques extérieures, Il met également en évidence le processus contractuel international en introduisant des questions qui sont au moins aussi importantes que la définition du concept de contrat international, Ces compétences sont caractéristiques et nécessitent donc une familiarisation avec les compétences et les techniques ainsi qu’une définition de leurs fondements et règles.
