L’effet des huilees sentielles d’Artemisia Herba Alba Asso sur les larves des moustiques «Culiseta longiareolata»

Abstract

Control of pesticides is one of the means used by plants to defend themselves against their pests. The current study was conducted to evaluate the effect of essential oils extracted from the daughters of the wormwood herb Artemisia herba alba asso on Culisitalongiareolata mosquitoes. The results obtained indicate that essential oils of wormwood show a toxic effect towards third-instar larvae of Culisitalongiareolata compared to fourth-stage larvae, meaning that L3 is more sensitive than L4. This proves the effectiveness of the activity of the essential oils of the wormwood plant, Artemisia herba alba asso. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- تعتبر مكافحة المبيدات الحشرية احدى الوسائل التي تستخدمها النباتات للدفاع عن نفسها ضد افاتها اجريت الدراسة الحالية لتقييمتاثير الزيوت الاساسية المستخرجة من بنات عشبة الشيح Artemisia herba alba asso على بعوضCulisitalongiareolata . تشير النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها الى ان الزيوت الاساسية للشيح تظهر تاثير سمية اتجاه يرقات الطور الثالث ل Culisitalongiareolata مقارنة باليرقات في المرحلة الرابعة اي ان L3 اكثر حساسية منL4 هذا يثبت فعالية نشاط الزيوت الاساسية لنبات عشبة الشيح Artemisia herba alba asso . ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Le contrôle des pesticides est l'un des moyens utilisés par les plantes pour se défendre contre leurs ravageurs. La présente étude a été menée pour évaluer l'effet des huiles essentielles extraites des filles de l'absinthe Artemisia herba alba asso sur les moustiques Culisitalongiareolata. Les résultats obtenus indiquent que les huiles essentielles d'absinthe présentent un effet toxique envers les larves du troisième stade de Culisitalongiareolata par rapport aux larves du quatrième stade, ce qui signifie que L3 est plus sensible que L4. Cela prouve l’efficacité de l’activité des huiles essentielles de l’absinthe, Artemisia herba alba asso.
