| dc.description.abstract | Our objective in carrying out this work was initially to evaluate the technological quality of soft wheat treated by purified wastewater, and in a second step to study and compare some physiological and biochemical parameters of two varieties of soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) El-Hiddab (HD1220) and Béni Sélimane (ARZ) irrigated with rainwater and the other with purified wastewater. According to our findings, the use of these waters is favored by technological parameters including humidity, ash, gluten content, and chlorophyll content of soft wheat. The analytical results of our experiments have largely met national standards. | |
