Abstract

Summary: It is agreed that the worker spends his other time in the workplace, so it was necessary to provide him with a safe environment free of accidents and occupational diseases, and given the importance of the worker both internationally and on At the national level, a series of conventions have been promulgated to protect workers from Occupational hazards, as for Algeria, have preserved its human resource by issuing a number of Legal provisions dealing with the protection of workers. ................. ملخص : من المتفق عليه أن العامل يقضي سائر أوقاته في أماكن العمل، و لذلك كان لا بد من توفير بيئة آمنة له خالية من الحوادث و الأمراض المهنية، و نظرًا لأهمية العامل سواءًا على المستوى الدولي أو على المستوى الوطني، فقد صدر في هذا الإطار مجموعة من الإتفاقيات كان مضمونها حماية العامل من الأخطار المهنية، أما بالنسبة للجزائر فقد عملت على الحفاظ على موردها البشري بإصدارها جملة من النصوص القانونية التي تعنى بحماية العامل. ....................... résume De prime abord,l'employeur constitut la pierre angulaire dans les relations de travail que ce soit le niveau national ou international.pour assurer la contunuitè permanante de l'employeur au sein des lieux de travail de façon saine, sans incidences comme les maladies professionelles, lesaccidents de travail. Dans sous prètexte nous constatons,plusieur traitès internationnaux consacrent une protection totale pour l'employeur contre toute forme de danger. La question qui se pose ici,comme le l'ègislateur algerien régler cette situation vis ̵ ā ̵ vis aux moyens disponible que ce soit juridiques ou humaines.
