Abstract

Abstract: This study entitled “Performance Differences in the Recitation of Warsh ‘an Nāfi‘ – A Comparative Study of Selected Samples from the Two Transmission Paths: al-Azraq and al-Asbahānī”, aims to highlight the aspects of performance diversity within this narration by examining the various differences between its two transmission paths (al-Azraq and al-Asbahānī). This is achieved through the analysis of randomly selected Qur’anic samples, with the purpose of identifying the main phonetic and performative variations between the two paths, such as rules of madd (elongation), hamzah, imālah, fatḥ, and other recitational features. To fulfill the objectives of this study, the analytical comparative method was adopted, as it is the most suitable approach for encompassing the similarities and differences between al-Azraq and al-Asbahānī regarding the studied performance phenomena. -------------------- ملخــــــــص: تسعى هذه الدّراسة الموسومة ب "الاختلافات الأدائية لقراءة ورش عن نافع -دراسة مقارنة في نماذج مختارة لطريقي الأزرق والأصبهاني-" إلى إبراز مظاهر التنوع الأدائي في هذه الرواية، انطلاقا من البحث في مختلف الفروقات بين طريقيها (الأزرق والأصبهاني)، وتمّ ذلك من خلال تحليل نماذج من القرآن الكريم مختارة اعتباطيا قصد رصد أهم التغيرات الصوتية الأدائية بين الأصبهاني والأزرق كأحكام المدّ والهمز والإمالة والفتح وغيرها من الأحكام الأدائية الأخرى...ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتّبعنا المنهج التحليلي المقارن لأنه الأنسب للإلمام بأوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين الأصبهاني والأزرق في الظواهر الأدائية المدروسة. -------------------------- Resumé : Cette étude, intitulée « Les différences de performance dans la lecture de Warsh d’après Nāfiʿ : étude comparative de modèles choisis selon les deux voies d’al-Azraq et d’al-Asbahānī », vise à mettre en évidence les manifestations de la diversité des réalisations phonétiques et récitatives de cette transmission, à travers l’examen des principales différences entre ses deux voies de transmission, al-Azraq et al-Asbahānī. Pour ce faire, des passages du Saint Coran, sélectionnés de manière aléatoire, ont été analysés afin d’identifier les principales variations phonétiques et performatives entre les deux voies, notamment en ce qui concerne les règles du madd (allongement), du hamza, de l’imāla (inclinaison vocalique), du fatḥ (ouverture vocalique), ainsi que d’autres règles de récitation. Afin d’atteindre les objectifs de cette recherche, nous avons adopté une approche analytique comparative, jugée la plus appropriée pour mettre en lumière les similitudes et les différences entre les voies d’al-Asbahānī et d’al-Azraq dans les phénomènes performatifs étudiés
