Abstract

Summary: Algeria's National Economic and Social Council is one of the most important advisory bodies that have contributed to policy-making and decision-making, both in the context of unilateralism and political pluralism. Algeria's recourse to the establishment of this Council is a manifestation of the principle of participatory democracy. This is reflected in the Council's composition, which is rich and diverse in that it includes various national political forces from public and private bodies. The Council works to provide decision makers with information about economic and social problems by conducting studies and providing solutions, opinions and recommendations. .................. ملخص : يعتبر المجلس الوطني الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الجزائر من أهم الهيئات الاستشارية التي ساهمت في صنع السياسة العامة واتخاذ القرارات سواء في ظل الأحادية أو التعددية السياسية، وإن لجوء الجزائر إلى إنشاء هذا المجلس يعتبر تكريسا لمبدأ الديمقراطية التشاركية وهذا الأمر تعكسه تشكيلة المجلس هذه الخير جاءت غنية ومتنوعة من حيث أنها تضم مختلف القوى السياسية الوطنية من هيئات عمومية وخاصة، ويعمل المجلس على تزويد صانع القرار بالمعلومات الازمة حول المشاكل الإقتصادية والإجتماعية عبر إجراء الدراسات وتقديم الحلول والأراء والتوصيات . ...................... Résumé : Le Conseil économique et social national de l’Algérie est l’un des plus importants organes consultatifs qui ont contribué à l’élaboration des politiques et à la prise de décisions, tant dans le contexte de l’unilatéralisme que du pluralisme politique. Le recours de l’Algérie à la création de ce Conseil est une manifestation du principe de la démocratie participative. Cela se reflète dans la composition du Conseil, qui est riche et diversifiée en ce qu’elle comprend diverses forces politiques nationales d’organismes publics et privés. Le Conseil s’efforce de fournir aux décideurs des informations sur les problèmes économiques et sociaux en menant des études et en fournissant des solutions, des avis et des recommandations.
