Contribution à l’étude du phytoplancton peuplant le Barrage Oualjet Mellegue (Ouanza)

Abstract

This study focuses on the determination of the phytoplankton populating the Oualjet Mellegue dam and also the knowledge of the variation of physicochemical parameters (Temperature, PH Salinity, Dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity). - - Concerning the temperature, the monthly fluctuations of this parameter We record a minimum value during the month of February (14.9°C) and a maximum value during the month of May (24.5°C) and these fluctuations are related to season - Salinity varies from 0.9 mg/l to 1. mg/l The evolution of this parameter shows a similarity across all the sampling stations. - Dissolved oxygen contents show a similar variation across all stations. The monthly variation of this factor shows a maximum value in the month of February (8.94 mg/l) and a minimum value equal to 4.7 mg/l in the month of April. The oxygenation of the lake is strongly influenced by the temperature, salinity. - The PH of the dam water is relatively constant and slightly alkaline for all stations. The average monthly contents are between 7.1 and 8.16. - The results of the qualitative study of phytoplankton show the existence of 09 micro-algal genera distributed in 3 groups (Cyanobacteria, Diatoms, Dinoflagellates); The estimation of the frequency of appearance of the genera recorded shows that the genera: Microcystis and Gymnodium are omnipresent because they have been recorded for 04 months and their frequency of appearance is 100%. There are Constant genera: Lyngbya and Synedra. The genus: Chroococcus is Regular their frequency of appearance is 50%. The genera Phormidium, Nitzschia, Fragilaria, Acontosera: are considered Rare genera because their frequency ≤ 25%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- تركز هذه الدراسة على تحديد العوالق النباتية التي تسكن سد ولجة ملاق وكذلك معرفة تباين المعايير الفيزيائية والكيميائية (درجة الحرارة، درجة الحموضة، الملوحة، الأكسجين المذاب، التوصيل الكهربائي). - فيما يتعلق بدرجات الحرارة التقلبات الشهرية لهذا المعلم نسجل قيمة دنيا خلال شهرفيفري (14.9 درجة مئوية) وقيمة عظمى خلال شهر ماي (24.5 درجة مئوية) وهذه التقلبات مرتبطة بالفصول. - وتتراوح الملوحة من 0.9 ملغم/لتر إلى 1. ملغم/لتر ويظهر تطور هذه المعلمة تشابهاً بين جميع محطات أخذ العينات. - تُظهر محتويات الأكسجين المذاب تباينًا مماثلاً في جميع المحطات. يظهر التغير الشهري لهذا العامل قيمة قصوى في شهر فيفري (8.94 ملجم / لتر) وقيمة دنيا تساوي 4.7 ملجم / لتر في شهر أفريل. وتتأثر أكسجة البحيرة بشدة بدرجة الحرارة والملوحة . - الرقم الهيدروجيني لمياه السد ثابت نسبيا وقلوي قليلا لجميع المحطات. متوسط المحتويات الشهرية يتراوح بين 7.1 و 8.16. - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة النوعية للعوالق النباتية وجود 09 أجناس من الطحالب الدقيقة موزعة على 3 مجموعات (البكتيريا الزرقاء، الدياتومات، السوطيات الدينوفالية)؛ ويبين تقدير تكرار ظهور الأجناس المسجلة أن الأجناس: ميكرو سيستيس والبكتيريا الزرقاء موجودة في كل مكان لأنها مسجلة لمدة 04 أشهر ونسبة ظهورها 100%. هناك أجناس ثابتة: لانقبيا و سينيدرا. الجنس: كرووكوكوس منتظم نسبة ظهورهم 50%. أجناس فورميديوم، نيتشيا، فراجيلاريا، اكونتوسيرا : تعتبر أجناس نادرة لأن نسبة تواترها ≥ 25%. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cette étude porte sur la détermination du phytoplancton peuplant le barrage oualjet mellegue et aussi la connaissance de la variation des paramêtres physico-chimiques (Température, PH Salinité, ,Oxygène dissous, la conductivité électrique ). - concernant la température les fluctuations mensuelles de ce paramêtre On enregistre une valeur minimale durant le mois de février (14,9°C) et une valeur maximale durant le mois de mai (24,5°C ) et ces fluctuations sont en rapport avec les saisons. - la salinité varie de 0,9 mg /l à 1. mg /l L’évolution de ce paramètre montre une similitude dans l’ensemble des stations d’échantillonnage. -Les teneurs en oxygène dissous montrent une variation similaire dans l’ensemble des stations. La variation mensuelle de ce facteur montre une valeur maximale le mois de février ( 8,94 mg/l ) et une valeur minimale égale à 4,7 mg/l le moi d d’avril L'oxygénation du lac est fortement influencée par la température, la salinité . - Le PH de l’eau du barrage est relativement contant et légèrement alcalin pour l’ensemble des stations . Les teneurs mensuelles moyennes sont comprises entre 7.1 et 8.16. - Les résultats de l'étude qualitative du phytoplancton montrent l'existence de 09 genres micro-algale réparties dans 3 groupes (Cyanobactéries ,Diatomées ,Dinoflagellées ) ; L'estimation de la fréquence d'apparition des genres recensés montre que les genres: : Microcystis et Gymnodium sont des Omniprésents du fait qu'ils sont recencés 04 mois et leur fréquence d'apparition est 100%. Il y a des genres Constants : Lyngbya et Synedra. Le genre : Chroococcus est Régulièr leur fréquence d'apparition est 50%. Les genres Phormidium, Nitzschia , Fragilaria , Acontoséra : sont considérés comme des genres Rares car leur fréquence ≤ 25%.
