Effet d’un pesticide sur les ravageurs des céréales stockées. (Les larves duRhizoperthadominica).

Abstract

The use of contact insecticides in the protection of stored products against pest attack is veryeffective, the toxicological tests were carried out with different concentrations of the tested product, 6.5; 9, 5 and 12.5 mg / l on Rhyzoperthadominica larvae to evaluate both LC50 and LC90 lethal concentrations. This study on the effect of insecticide Cerathrine 2; 5 % EC confirmed the effectiveness of these chemicals which causes maximum mortality on the larvae of Rhizoperthadominica. The results obtained are significant mortality rates in the series treated compared to the controls and a developmental disturbance at the two lethal concentrations LC50 and CL90, resulting in an extension of the duration of development with the appearance of certain morphological aspects observed during treatment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- يعد استخدام مبيدات الحشرات الخاصةبحماية المنتجات المخزنة ضد هجوم الحشرات الضارة ذو فعاليةكبيرة ، وقد أجريت الاختبارات السمية مع تركيزات مختلفة من المنتج الذي تم اختباره ، 6,5 ; 5,9و5,12 ملغم / لتر على يرقات Rhyzoperthadominicaلتقييم تركيزات LC50 و LC90 القاتلة. وعليه فإن هذه الدراسة الخاصة بتأثير مبيد الحشرات Cerathrine2,5 EC%، أثبتت فعالية هذه المواد في الوصول إلى الحد الأقصى من الوفيات لليرقات Rhizoperthadominica. والنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها هي معدلات الوفيات الهامة في سلسلة المعالجة مقارنة بالضوابط واضطراب النمو عند التراكيز القاتلة LC50 و CL90 ، مما أدى إلى تمديد فترة التطوير مع ظهور بعض الجوانب المورفولوجية التي لوحظت خلال العلاج. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L’utilisation des insecticides de contact dans la protection des denrées stockés contre les attaques des ravageurs est très efficace, les essais toxicologiques ont été réalisés avec différentes concentrations du produit testé, 6,5 ; 9 ,5 et 12,5 mg /l sur les larves de Rhyzoperthadominicaafin d’évaluer les deux concentrations létales CL50 et CL90. Cette étude sur l’effet d’insecticide Cerathrine2,5 % EC a confirmé l’efficacité de ces produits chimiques qui provoque une mortalité maximale sur les larves de Rhizoperthadominica. Les résultats obtenus sont des taux de mortalité importante chez les séries traitées comparativement aux témoins et une perturbation du développement aux deux concentrations létales CL50 et CL90, se traduisant par une prolongation de la durée de développement avec l’apparition de certains aspects morphologiques observés au cours du traitement.
