تقييم أداء المؤسسات الإقتصادية باستخدام أسلوبي بطاقة الأداء المتوازن و المقارنة المرجعية –دراسة مقارنة مؤسسة الدهن سوق أهراس و مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى

Abstract

Through this study we tried to answer the problem related to the extent of the contibution of the balanced scorecard and the benchmarking methods in evaluating the performance of the establishment by relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect by describing each of the performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard and benchmarking as well as the comparative study approach in the practical aspect of presenting the financial statments for the El Dahan establishment Souk Ahrass and Matahin Balghith during the period (2017-2019) and evaluating the performance of the two establishment using the balanced scorecard and benchmarking method. This study also concluded that the use of the balanced scorecard and benchmarking reflect a true picture of the establishment performance, and this is what gives the effectiveness of the evaluation process it can be said that the Balghith establishment should consider the El Dahan establishment as a referonce in order to improve the results achieved and ensure their continuity. .......................................... حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية المتعلقة بمدى مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وأساليب المقارنة المرجعية في تقييم أداء المؤسسة أداء المنشأة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من الناحية النظرية وذلك من خلال وصف كل من تقييم الأداء وبطاقة الأداء المتوازن المقارنة المرجعية وكذلك منهج الدراسة المقارنة في الجانب العملي للعرض البيانات المالية لمؤسسة الدهان سوق أهراس ومطاحن بلغيث خلال الفترة (2017-2019) وتقييم أداء المؤسستين باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وطريقة المقارنة المرجعية. كما خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن والمقارنة المرجعية تعكس الصورة الحقيقية لأداء المنشأة، وهذا ما يعطي الفعالية من عملية التقييم يمكن القول أن مؤسسة بلغيث يجب أن تأخذ في الاعتبار إنشاء دهان كمرجع من أجل تحسين النتائج المحققة وضمانها استمرارية.
