Inventaire sur les digènes parasites du poisson Mullus surmuletus (linnée, 1758) dans le littoral Est d’Algérie (El -kala)

Abstract

The objective of this study is to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the helminth communities identified by the study of parasitic diversity in the host species Mullussurmuletus and to describe the epidemiological parameters by calculating parasitic indices . The composition of the parasitic fauna was determined from the examination of 70 red mullet fish M.surmuletusduring the period from February to April 2023, in the littoral of El kala in eastern Algeria. 955 parasites were collected belonging to the various systematic groups : two species of nematodeHysterothylaciumsp (L) , Hysterothylaciumfabri (L), three species of Digeneans :Opecoeloidesfurcatus ,Poracanthuimfurcatum , Proctoecesmaculatus . The values of the parasitic indices and the use of statistical tests allowed us to highlight the influence of size and sex on the prevalence of infestation of this fish -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- وصف المعلومات الوبائية عن طريق حساب المؤشرات الطفيلية تم فحص 70 سمكة من البوري الأحمر M.Surmuletus خلال الفترة الممتدة من فبراير إلىابريل 2023, في ساحل القالة في شرق الجزائر. تم جمع 955 من الطفيليات التي تنتمي الى مجموعاتمنهجية مختلفة : نوعان من الديدان المعويةHysterothylaciumsp(L),Hysterothylaciumfabri(L)ثلاثة انواع منdigeneans هم Opecoeloidesfurcatus,PoracanthiumfurcatuProctoecesmaculatus.سمحت لنا قيم المؤشرات الطفيلية و استخدام الاختبارات الإحصائيةبإبرازتأثير الحجم و الجنس على انتشار الإصابة بهذه السمكة . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer qualitativement et quantitavement les communautés des helminthes recensées par l’étude de la diversité parasitaire chez l’espèce hôte Mullussurmuletus et de décrire les paramètres épidémiologique par le calcul des indices parasitaire. La composition de la faune parasitaire à été déterminé a partir de l’examen de 70 poissons Rouget M.surmuletus durant la période de février à avril 2023, dans le littoral d’El kala à l’Est Algérien . 955 parasites ont été collectés appartement aux divers groupes systématiques : deux espèces de nématodes : Hysterothylaciumsp (L) ,Hysterothylaciumfabri (L), trois espèce de Digenes : Opecoeloidesfurcatus ,Poracanthuimfurcatum , Proctoecesmaculatus. Les valeurs des indices parasitaire et l’utilisation des tests statistique nous ont permis de mettre en évidence l’influence de taille et de sexe sur la prévalence d’infestation de ce poisson.
