Résumé : La responsabilité pénale des personnes morales est l’un des sujets juridiques les plus importants qui a été au centre de l’attention de nombreux juristes qui souhaitent l’étudier et l’approfondir, notamment à la lumière de la législation comparative et de la législation algérienne adoptée pour cette responsabilité, compte tenu de l’importance de la personne morale au regard du développement économique de l’État algérien.
