Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the relationship between the target cost method and instant production on the profitability of the enterprise, and the importance of the research comes as it presents a new costing system that resulted from the integration of the two methods to achieve benefit from the advantages of each and avoid their shortcomings. The research concluded that the economic institutions need to rely on these two modern methods and their hydrogenation through the production process in order to reach the desired strategic goals according to the required level, and to achieve the profitability of the institution and competitive advantage. Among the most prominent recommendations of the study is that economic institutions stimulate modern methods and technologies due to their effectiveness, such as taking care of workers in the first place, in terms of training and rehabilitating them in the required manner, according to need, and taking into account institutions for distinguished suppliers who are able to supply the best materials in a timely and appropriate quality ................................................... هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة والإنتاج الأني على ربحية المؤسسة ، وتاتي أهمية البحث كونه يقدم نظام تكلفي جديد نتج من التكامل بين الأسلوبين لتحقيق الإستفادة من مزايا كل منهما وتلافي عيوبهما . وقد خلص البحث الى ضرورة إعتماد المؤسسات الإقتصادية على هذين الأسلوبين الحديثين وهدرجتهما من خلال العملية الإنتاجية من أجل الوصول إلى الأهداف الإستراتيجية المرجوة وفق المستوى المطلوب ،وتحقيق ربحية المؤسسة والميزة التنافسية. ومن أبرز توصيات الدراسة أن تقوم المؤسسات الإقتصادية بتحفيز الأساليب والتقنيات الحديثة نظرا لفعاليتها مثل الإهتمام بالعمالة في المقام الأول ،من حيث تدريببهم وتأهيلهم بالشكل المطلوب وذلك حسب الحاجة ومراعاة مؤسسات للموردين المتميزين القادرين على توريد أفضل المواد في الوقت المناسب وبالجودة المناسبة
