Roproduction et histologie des gonades du barbeau Luciobarbus callensis de barrage Foum El Khanga à Soukahras

Abstract

This study is devoted to the study of the reproduction of the species Luciobarbus callensis (Valencienne, 1884) populating the Foum El Khanga dam in Souk Ahras, On an annual cycle from May 2015 to June 2016. The different reproductive aspects addressed in L.callensis are: sex ratio, gonado-somatic ratio, hepato-somatic ratio and ovary histology. The histological study of L. callensis has for objectives the identification of the different phases of the ovocyte development, the description of the kinetics of ovogenesis and the oviposition strategy of this species. This study was carried out on 75 ovaries of females of this fish. The sex ratio of the sampled population is in favor of males during the whole sampling period. The observations revealed a coexistence, within the same gonad, of several follicles at different stages of sexual maturity, which indicates an asynchronous ovogenesis. The sexual cycle of female barbel may be composed of 6 stages: juvenile, sexual rest, onset of vitellogenesis, oviposition, post oviposition and recovery. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- هذه الدراسة عبارة عن متابعة تكاثر لنوع محلي لسمك Luciobarbus callensis (Valencienne, 1884) المتواجد في سد فوم الخا نجا في سوق اهراس , حيث تم اجراؤها في دورة سنوية تتراوح من مايو2015 الى يونيو 2016. الجوانب التناسلية المختلفة تم تناولها في L.Callensisهي :نسبة الجنس ,نسبة الغدد التناسلية الجسدية ,النسبة الكبدية الجسدية و نسيج المبيضين. تهدف الدراسة النسيجية ل L.Callensis الى تحديد المراحل المختلفة لتطور البويضات ,ووصف حركية تكوين البويضات و استراتيجية التفريخ لهذا النوع. أجريت هذه الدراسة على 75 مبايض لإناث هذه السمكة. النسبة بين الجنسين في العينة لصالح الذكور طوال فترة أخذ العينات. كشفت الملاحظات عن التعايش ، داخل نفس الغدد التناسلية ، لعدة بصيلات في مراحل مختلفة من النضج الجنسي ، مما يدل على تكوّن البويضات غير المتزامن. يمكن أن تتكون الدورة الجنسية للإناث الباربل من 6 مراحل: الأحداث ، الراحة الجنسية ، التكوُّن المبكر ، التكوُّن ، وضع البيض ، وضع ما بعد البويضات ، والتعافي. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cette étude est consacrée à l'étude de la reproduction de l’espèce Luciobarbus callensis (Valencienne, 1884) peuplant le barrage Foum El Khanga à Souk Ahras, Sur un cycle annuel allant de mai 2015 à juin 2016. Les différents aspects reproductifs abordés chez L.callensis sont : le sex-ratio, le rapport gonado-somatique, le rapport hépato-somatique et l’histologie des ovaires. L’étude histologique de L. callensis à pour objectifs l'identification des différentes phases du développement ovocytaire, la description de la cinétique de l'ovogenèse et la stratégie de ponte de cette espèce. Cette étude a été réalisée sur 75 ovaires des femelles de ce poisson. Le sex-ratio de la population échantillonnée est en faveur des mâles durant toute la période d’échantillonnage. Les observations ont révélé une coexistence, au sein d’une même gonade, de plusieurs follicules à différents stades de maturité sexuelle, ce qui témoigne d’une ovogenèse asynchrone. Le cycle sexuel des femelles de barbeau peut être composé de 6 étapes : juvéniles, repos sexuel, début de la vitellogenèse, ponte, post-ponte et récupération.
