EFFET D’INSECTICIDE/ACARICIDE VERLAN SUR LE POIDS CORPOREL ET SUR QUELQUES PARAMETRES BIOCHIMIQUES DU PLASMA SANGUIN CHEZ LES PIGEONS DOMESTIQUES (COLUMBA LIVIA) PENDANT LA PERIODE DE LA REPRODUCTION

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to contribute to the identification of the effect of VERLAN insecticide / acaricide used in agriculture on body weight and on certain biochemical parameters of the blood in domestic pigeons (Columba livia), in treating them for one month with three concentrations (1 / 50.1 / 100 and 1/200 of LD50 for birds) of VERLAN insecticid., The results obtained showed a non-significant increase in body weight in the pigeons of group (02) and a non-significant decrease in the pigeons of groups (03) and (04) treated with the insecticide compared to the control group (01). On the other hand, a significant increase in blood glucose averages were recorded in group (02) and highly significant in group (03), but non-significant increase in group (04). A non-significant increase in the means of triglycerides in the treated groups (02) and (03), and the means of the concentrations of the triglycerides of group (04) remained unstable by intake in the control group. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو المساهمة في تحديد تأثير المبيد الحشري/ القرادي فارلان المستخدم في الزراعة على وزن الجسم وعلى بعض المعايير البيوكيميائية للدم في الحمام الداجن (Columba livia) و ذلك بمعالجتها لمدة شهر بثلاث تركيزات(1/50، 1/100و 1/200 من LD50 للطيور) من هذا المبيد. أظهرت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها زيادة غير معنوية في معدل وزن الجسم في أفراد طيور الحمام الفوج (02) وانخفاض غير معنوي في الفوجين (03) و (04) المعاملة بالمبيد الحشري مقارنة بالفوج الشاهد(01). من ناحية أخرى ، تم تسجيل زيادة معنوية في معدل تراكيزالغلوكوز في الدم في الفوج (02) ومعنوية عالية في الفوج(03) ، ومن ناحية أخرى زيادة غير معنوية في الفوج (04). زيادة غير معنوية في معدل تراكيز الدهون الثلاثية في الفوجين المعالجين (02) و (03) ، وظل معدل تراكيز الدهون الثلاثية للفوج (04) غير مستقرة بالمقارنة مع أفراد الفوج الشاهد. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ nsecticide/acaricide VERLAN utilisée dans le domaine agricole sur le poids corporel et sur certains paramètres biochimiques du sang chez les pigeons domestique (Columba livia ), en les traitant pendant un mois avec trois concentrations (1/50,1/100 et 1/200 de DL50 pour oiseaux) de pesticide VERLAN. Les résultats obtenus ont montré une augmentation non significative du poids corporel chez les pigeons de groupe(02) et une diminution non significative chez les pigeons des groupes (03)et (04) traités par l’insecticide par rapport au groupe (01) témoin , d’autre part, une augmentation significative des moyennes de glycémie ont été enregistrés chez le groupe(02) et hautement significative chez le groupe(03),par contre l’augmentation non significative chez le groupe(04). Une augmentation non significative des moyennes de triglycérides chez les groupes(02) et(03) traités, et les moyennes des concentrations des triglycérides de groupe (04) restent peu stable par apport au groupe témoin.
