Évaluation De L'effet Larvicide De L'extrait De Certaines Plantes Sur Le Stade L3 de moustique Culex pipiens (Diptera : Culicidae)

Abstract

The substances of natural origin and more particularly the essential oils of the plants representcurrently an alternative solution of fight against mosquitoes. This study aims to test the effect of essential oils at different concentrationof Trigonellafoenum graecum (600et 800mg/l) and Ocimumbasilicum(300et 600mg/l) with respect to L3 larvae of Culex pipiens. The resultats in the laboratory conditions showed that both oils are larvicids of interest tolarvae Culex pipiens.In Trigonellafoenum graecum after 24h (LC50=31g/l), after 48h (LC50=15.43g/l), and after 72h (LC50=39.69g/l), in Ocimumbasilicumafter 24h (LC50=23.59g/l), after 48h (LC50=39.01g/l), andafter 72h (LC50=36.14g/l).The comparison showed that the oil of Ocimumbasilicummore efficient of the oilof Trigonellafoenum graecum. Our results suggest that the oil of Ocimumbasilicumprossesses a potential as biocideagainst the larvae of mosquito. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- تمثل المواد الطبيعية ذات الأصل النباتي بصفة عامة و بصفة خاصة الزيوت الأساسية للنبات حلا بديلا لمكافحة البعوض. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار تأثير الزيوت الأساسية بتراكيز مختلفة لكل من نبات الحلبة Trigonella foenum graecum600) و008ملغ/ل) والحبق Ocimumbasilicum(300و600 ملغ/ل) على يرقات الطور الثالث لنوع من البعوضCulex pipiens. أظهرت النتائج المخبرية فعالية كبيرة للمستخلصات النباتية ضد نوع من البعوضCulex pipiensحيث كانت قيمLC50 بالنسبة لـTrigonellafoenumgraecum بعد 24 ساعة هي31غ/ل؛ بعد 48 ساعة هي 15.43غ/ل و بعد 72 ساعة هي 39.69غ/ل أما بالنسبة لـ: Ocimumbasilicum بعد 24 ساعة هي 23.59غ/ل؛ بعد48ساعة هي غ/ل39.01 و بعد 72 ساعة هي 36.14غ/ل . المقارنة بين فعالية زيت الحلبةTrigonellafoenumgraecum و الحبق Ocimumbasilicum بينت أن زيتOcimumbasilicum فعال أكثر .حيث يمكن استعماله كمبيد حيوي لمكافحة يرقات البعوض. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
