| dc.description | L’exil et le passage de l’espace d’origine vers d’autres espaces, dans le contexte des dynamiques civilisationnelles contemporaines, revêtent une importance considérable. Ils ont engendré des manifestations narratives diverses que notre recherche s’attache à interroger à travers l’analyse d’un corpus de romans arabes, en posant une problématique centrale : comment les espaces de l’exil sont-ils représentés dans le roman arabe contemporain ? L’intérêt de cette thèse réside dans la conceptualisation de l’exil à l’intersection de cadres multiples — philosophiques, humains, sociaux et esthétiques — afin d’en proposer une lecture plurielle. Notre thèse met également en exergue les motifs de subjectivité, d'identité, de patrie, d'altérité, ainsi que les rémanences du fait colonial. L’exil se caractérise ici par condition signifiante, agissant dans les politiques de représentation, de différenciation et de résistance au sein de la littérature arabe contemporaine. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Exile and the passage from one’s place of origin to new spaces—within the framework of contemporary civilizational contexts—hold significant weight, giving rise to diverse narrative manifestations. This dissertation seeks to engage with these expressions through a close examination of a selection of Arabic novels, guided by a central question: How are spaces of exile represented in contemporary Arabic fiction? The value of this study lies in its effort to conceptualize exile at the crossroads of various frameworks—philosophical, humanistic, social, and aesthetic—offering a multidimensional perspective. It also sheds light on crucial issues such as selfhood, identity, homeland, otherness, and the lingering effects of colonialism. Ultimately, the research reveals exile as a meaningful condition that plays a decisive role in the politics of representation, difference, and resistance within contemporary Arabic literature. | |
