L’Effet d’Insecticide Organophosphoré sur le Poids Corporel, Testiculaire et des Quelques Paramètres Biochimiques chez les Pigeons (Columba livia) de la Région de Souk Ahras

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to contribute to the identification of the effect of the concentrations (1,5 ml / l) the agricultural concentration and (0,15 ml / l) of insecticide CHOKE on the weight of both the body and the testis and on some biochemical factors in the blood in pigeons (Columba livia) from the souk-Ahras region for four weeks. The results obtained showed a decrease in body weight in both male with low concentration and also in females in high-concentration, while no effect of glucose concentration and cholesterol and total protein was observed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة هو المساهمة في التعرف على تأثير التركيزيين (1,5 مل/ل (التركيز المستخدم في المجال الزراعي) و 0,15 مل/ل ) من المبيد الحشري تشوكي على كل من وزن الجسم و ألخصي و على بعض العوامل البيوكييميائية في الدم عند الحمام الأهلي (Columvia livia) لولاية سوق أهراس لمدة أربعة أسابيع. hhhh hتظهر النتائج المتحصل عليها، انخفاض في وزن الجسم عند ذكور الفوج المعامل بالتركيز الضعيف و كذلك عند إناث الفوج المعامل بالتركيز المرتفع، في حين، لا أثر لتركيزي المبيد على الغلوكوز، الكولسترول و البروتينات الكلية . -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L'objectif principal de cette étude est de contribuer à l'identification de l'effet des concentrations (1,5 ml / l) la concentration agricole et (0,15 ml / l) d'insecticide CHOKE sur le poids corporel et testiculaires et sur certains paramètres biochimiques chez le pigeon domestique (Columba livia) de la région de Souk-Ahras pendant quatre semaines. Les résultats obtenus ont montré une diminution de poids corporel chez les males de groupe traité par la faible concentration et également chez les femelles de groupe traité par la forte concentration, on autre aucun effet sur la concentration du glucose, cholestérol et la protéine totale n'a été observé.
