Abstract

الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: The study highlighted that the electronic commercial registry knew different trends, as it was found that it knew a number of challenges that prevented countries around the world from benefiting from the electronic commercial registry to the same extent. Among the procedures at several levels is the aim of digitizing the trade sector, but this field still depends on old patterns, so an effective proposition and radical change must be adopted to eliminate the difficulties that prevent reaching the desired result. ................. الملخص أبرزت الدراسة أن السجل التجاري الإلكتروني عرف اتجاهات مختلفة، حيث أنه تبين أنه عرف جملة من التحديات التي منعت البلدان في جميع أنحاءالعالم من الاستفادة من السجل التجاري الإلكتروني بنفس القدر، إن التجربة الجزائرية في تطبيق هذا الامر لم تحقق النتيجة المرغوبة والمرجوة بالرغم من تكريس جملة من الإجراءات على عدة مستويات قصد رقمنة قطاع التجارة بيد أن هذا المجال لايزال يعتمد على الأنماط القديمة لذا يجب تبني طرح فعال وتغيير جذري للقضاء على الصعوبات التي تحول دون الوصول الى النتيجة المطلوبة. ..................... الملخص باللغة الفرنسية: L'étude a souligné que le registre électronique du commerce connaissait des tendances différentes, car il a été constaté qu'il connaissait un certain nombre de défis qui empêchaient les pays du monde entier de bénéficier dans la même mesure du registre électronique du commerce. Parmi les procédures à plusieurs niveaux figure l'objectif de numérisation du secteur commercial, mais ce domaine dépend encore d'anciens modèles, c'est pourquoi une proposition efficace et un changement radical doivent être adoptés pour éliminer les difficultés qui empêchent d'atteindre le résultat souhaité.
