أثر تطبيق المحاسبة على تخفيض التكاليف في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سوق أهراس

Abstract

The main objective of the study was to identify the impact of the application of cloud accounting on cost reduction in economic institutions by identifying the basic concepts of cloud accounting and how they are applied in economic institutions, with a review of the factors contributing to the adoption of cloud accounting and know the most important advantages and disadvantages of cloud accounting, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of systems modern and traditional costs and to know the impact of the cost approach on economic enterprises' competitive advantage. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we have relied on the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon studied and this is theoretical. In the applied aspect, we have followed the analytical approach, by designing a questionnaire and distributing it to a sample of a society consisting of three economic institutions at the state level of the Hras market, and then analysing the results and data obtained using the statistical programme "SPSSS". This study found a strong firsthand relationship, indicating that cloud accounting has a role to play in reducing costs. Cloud accounting adoption serves to reduce costs, cost accounting interest in servicing enterprise functions, focusing on modern cost accounting systems, and cloud accounting practice gives it greater opportunities to reduce its expenditures and burdens, increase its revenues and expand its activity as opposed to traditional accounting software. The study concluded several recommendations, notably the need to pay attention to cloud accounting applications, the need to differentiate between cloud accounting and cloud computing, disseminate the idea of abandoning traditional accounting and adopting cloud accounting, and economic institutions should train accountants in modern technology and develop their skills............ etc.

هدفت الدراسة بصفة أساسية إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق المحاسبة السحابية على تخفيض التكاليف في املؤسسات الاقتصادية من خالل الوقوف على املفاهيم ألاساسية املشكلة للمحاسبة السحابية، وكيفيات تطبيقها في املؤسسات الاقتصادية، مع استعراض العوامل املساهمة في اعتماد المحاسبة السحابية، ومعرفة اهم مميزات وسلبيات املحاسبة السحابية، وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف لألنظمة التكاليف الحديثة والتقليدية، ومعرفة أثر أسلوب التكاليف على امليزة التنافسية في املؤسسات الاقتصادية. ومن أجل تحقيق اهداف هذه الدراسةاعتمدنا على املنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة املدروسةوهذا بالنسبة للجانب النظري، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فاتبعنا املنهج التحليلي، من خالل تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من مجتمع تتمثل في ثالث مؤسسات اقتصادية على مستوى والية سوق اهراس، ثم تحليل النتائج والبيانات املتحصل عليها باستخدام البرنامج إلاحصائي"SPSS." حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة على وجود عالقة طردية قويةمما يدل على ان املحاسبة السحابية لها دور في تخفيض التكاليف، حيث أن تبني املحاسبة السحابية يفيد في تخفيض التكاليف، واهتمام محاسبة التكاليف بخدمة وظائف املؤ سسة، وتركيز على ألانظمةالحديثة لحساب التكاليف، وان ممارسة المحاسبة السحابية يعطيها فرص أكبرتقليص نفقاتهاوأعبائهاوزيادة إيراداتها وتوسع نشاطها عكس البرامج املحاسبية التقليدية. وخلصت الدراسة الى عدة توصيات أبرزها ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيقات املحاسبة السحابية، ضرورة التفرقة بين املحاسبة السحابية والحوسبة السحابية، نشر فكرة التخلي عن املحاسبة التقليدية واعتماد املحاسبة السحابية، وعلى املؤسسات الاقتصادية تدريب املحاسبين على التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتنمية وتطويرمهاراتهم............الخ. ..

L’objectif principal de l’étude était d’identifier l’impact de l’application de la comptabilité cloud sur la réduction des coûts dans les institutions économiques en identifiant les concepts de base de la comptabilité cloud et comment ils sont appliqués dans les institutions économiques, avec un examen des facteurs contribuant à l’adoption de la comptabilité cloud et connaître les avantages et les inconvénients les plus importants de la comptabilité cloud, identifier les forces et les faiblesses des systèmes de coûts modernes et traditionnels et connaître l’impact de l’approche coûts sur l’avantage concurrentiel des entreprises économiques. Afin d’atteindre les objectifs de cette étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l’approche descriptive pour décrire le phénomène étudié et ceci est théorique. Dans l’aspect appliqué, nous avons suivi l’approche analytique, en concevant un questionnaire et en le distribuant à un échantillon d’une société composée de trois institutions économiques au niveau de l’État du marché de Hras, et analyser ensuite les résultats et les données obtenues à l’aide du programme statistique "SPSSS". Cette étude a révélé une forte relation de première main, indiquant que la comptabilité cloud a un rôle à jouer dans la réduction des coûts. L’adoption de la comptabilité en nuage sert à réduire les coûts, l’intérêt de la comptabilité analytique dans le service des fonctions de l’entreprise, en se concentrant sur les systèmes modernes de comptabilité analytique, et la pratique de la comptabilité en nuage lui donne de plus grandes possibilités de réduire ses dépenses et ses fardeaux, augmenter ses revenus et étendre son activité par opposition aux logiciels comptables traditionnels. L’étude a conclu plusieurs recommandations, notamment la nécessité de prêter attention aux applications de comptabilité cloud, la nécessité de différencier la comptabilité cloud et le cloud computing, de diffuser l’idée d’abandonner la comptabilité traditionnelle et d’adopter la comptabilité cloud, et les institutions économiques devraient former les comptables à la technologie moderne et développer leurs compétences............etc.
