L’EFFET DU PESTICIDE CYPERMITHRINE.AS.25.EC SUR LE POIDS CORPOREL, LE POIDS DES TESTICULES, ET QUELQUES PARAMETRES BIOCHIMIQUES CHEZ LES MALES CAILLES DE BLE ( Coturnix coturnix) PENDANT LA PERIODE DE LA REPRODUCTION

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of a concentration (0.1ml/l) of pesticid Cyper mithrine.AS.25.EC(family of a pyrithrinoide family of a pyrithrinoide Used in agricultur) from the developement of the male gonads, body weight, biochimicals parameters (glucose, total protein, cholesterol and triglycerides) to male quails(Coturnix coturnix) for one monthe. The results show, the traitement with a concentration (0.1ml/l) Cyper mithrine.AS.25.EC, did not seem to have affected from the male gonads, body weight, and the glucose for the experimental male cailles compared to the witnesses. Les résultats montrent, le traitement avec une concentration (0,1ml/l) Cyper mithrine.AS.25.EC ne semble pas avoir affecté les gonades mâles, le poids corporel et le glucose des cailles mâles expérimentales par rapport aux témoins. Cependant, pour le groupe expérimental, le cholestérol plasmatique et les taux de triglycérides ont diminué, mais le taux de protéines plasmatiques a augmenté par rapport aux témoins.
