L’effet du pesticide CONFEDOR sur le poids corporel, les gona des et quelques paramètres biochimiques du plasma sanguin chez les pigeons domestiques ( Columba livia ) pendent la période de la reproduction.

Abstract

The main objective of this work is to investigate the effect of CONFEDOR insecticide used in the field of agriculture on the sexual activity and somes biochemical indicators in the domestic pigeons (Columba livia), in treating them for one month with twoconcentrations (1/50 ml/l and 1/100 ml/l) of the concentration used inagriculture. The results obtained showed a non-significant decrease in body weight in males and remained thesamein females , a non-significant decrease in the weight of thetestes and ovaries compared to the control in both cases. Les résultats obtenus ont montré une diminution non significative du poids corporel chez les males et reste identique chez les femelles, une diminution non significative du poids des testicules et des ovaires par rapport au témoin dans les deux cas, d’autre part, une augmentation non significative a été enregistrée dans les triglycérides et la créatinine, contrairement à l'augmentation significative des protéines totale et de cholestérol et une diminution hautement significative d’urée chez les femelles de groupe(03).
