Abstract

Incentives occupies great importance within the organization, as it is considered one of its basic components, without which no organization can fully achieve its goals, and this is due to its direct impact on the material, living and psychological level of employees, as well as their satisfaction with their work, hence we have chosen the topic of motivation and its role in achieving job satisfaction among employees. Where the study aims to know the role of the motivation system in achieving job satisfaction in the National Electricity and Gas Corporation, Souk Ahras. The researchers used the questionnaire and the interview to collect information, and the distribution process was limited to the simple random sampling method, where the study sample numbered (40) individuals, and the data was analyzed The questionnaires contained in the statistical package for the social sciences. (SPSS) Among our findings is that the motivation system in the organization positively affects the job satisfaction of its employees. .................................................. تحتل الحوافز أهمية بالغة داخل المنظمة، حيث تعتبر إحدى مقوماتها الأساسية والتي بدونها لا يمكن لأي منظمة أن تقوم بتحقيق كامل أهدافها، وهذا لتأثيرها المباشر على المستوي المادي والمعيشي والنفسي للعاملين وكذلك رضاهم عن عملهم، ومن هنا، قد تم اختيارنا لموضوع التحفيز ودوره في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين. حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى دور نظام التحفيز في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز سوق اهراس. و قد استخدم الباحثان الاستبانة والمقابلة لجمع المعلومات، واقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة حيث بلغت تعداد عينة الدراسة ) 40 ( مفردة، وتم تحليل البيانات عن الواردة في الاستبيانات. )SPSS( طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ومن بين النتائج التي توصلنا إليها ان نظام التحفيز في المؤسسة يؤثر بشكل ايجابي على تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لموظفيها.
