Etude du pouvoir antioxydant et activité antibactérienne des huiles essentielles de ptychotis verticillata récoltées dans deux régions de la wilaya de Souk -Ahras

Abstract

The composition of essential oils belonged it an important antibacterial and antioxidant activity. This work deals with a phytochemical study of secondary metabolites, an extraction and evaluation of the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of the essential oil of a medicinal plant of the Apiaceae family "Ptychotis verticillata (Nounkha) harvested from two Wilaya of Souk-Ahras "Fedj-Aisha and Sedrata". The yield of essential oil is 0.96 ℅ for the Fedj-Aicha region and 1.46% for the Sedrata region. The results of the antibacterial activity towards pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) by the solid medium diffusion method showed that the antibacterial activity of the essential oil of Ptychotis verrticillata was found to be important For all the strains studied with values of the inhibition zones of the order of 33.5 mm for pure essential oil. The evaluation of antioxidant activity by DPPH shows that the essential oil of Ptychotis verticillata has a strong antioxidant activity with IC50 values ranging from 0.13 ± 0.03 mg / ml for the Fedj-Aicha station and 0, 09 ± 0.03mg / ml for the Sedrata station. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- التركيبة الكيميائية للزيوت الطيارة تزودها بفعالية هامة ضد البكتيريا واخرى ضد الاكسدة. هذا العمل يتعلق بدراسة فعالية الزيوت الطيارة لنبات '' النوخة'' التي تنتمي الى عائلة الخيميات ضد البكتيريا وضد الاكسدة، والتي تحصلنا عليها عن طريق التقطير بالبخار بمرود قدره 0.96% بمنطقة فج عايشة و 1.46 % بسدراتة . نتائج النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا المسببة للامرلض (اشريكية القولونية، المكورات العنقودية الذهبية والزائفة الزنجارية) - عن طريق الانتشار في الوسط الصلب- للزيوت الطيارة بينت ان هذه الاخيرة تتميز بفعالية جد مهمة ضد جميع السلالات المختبرة مع قدرة تثبيط تصل الى 33.5 ملم. بين انها تتميز بنشاط قوي، حيث بلغت قيم التثبيط 0.13 D PPHبال تقييم النشاط المضاد للاكسدة للزيوت الطيارة ±0.03مغ/مل بفج عايشة و 0.09± 0.03 مغ /مل بسدراتة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La composition des huiles essentielles lui confère une activité antibactérienne et antioxydante importante. Le présent travail porte sur une étude phytochimique des métabolites secondaire, une extraction et évaluation des propriétés antibactérienne et antioxydante de l’huile essentielle d’une plante médicinale de la famille des Apiacées «Ptychotis verticillata (NOUNKHA) récoltée au niveau de deux stations de la wilaya de Souk-Ahras « Fedj-Aicha et Sedrata » Le rendement en huile essentielle est de 0.96 ℅ pour la région de Fedj-Aicha et de 1.46% pour la région de Sedrata. Les résultats de l’activité antibactérienne vis-à-vis les bactéries pathogènes (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus et Pseudomonas aeruginosa) par la méthode de diffusion en milieu solide ont montré que le pouvoir antibactérien de l’huile essentielle de Ptychotis verrticillata est avérées important pour toutes les souches étudiées avec des valeurs des zones d’inhibitions de l’ordre de 33.5 mm pour l’huile essentielle pure. L’évaluation de l’activité antioxydante par DPPH montre que l’huile essentielle de Ptychotis verticillata a une forte activité antioxydante avec des valeurs de CI50 allant de 0,13±0,03 mg/ml pour la station de Fedj-Aicha et 0,09±0,03mg/ml pour la station de Sedrata.
