RECHERCHE DES BACILLES A GRAM NEGATIFS MULTIRESISTANTS AUX ANTIBIOTIQUES CHEZ LES ANIMAUX D’ELEVAGE

Abstract

Resistance of bacteria has been a major threat to human and animal health the global scale. The objective of this study was to study the resistance phenotype of gram-negative antibiotics isolated from livestock. A total of 43 rectal samples were taken from three farms in Souk Ahras and El Kala. Microbiological tests revealed 23 bacterial strains Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Sensitivity tests antibiotics showed significant resistance to amoxicillin+clavulanic acid. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- شكلت مقاومة البكتيريا تهديدا رئيسيا لصحة الإنسان والحيوان على النطاق العالمي. وكان الهدف من هذه الدراسة دراسة مقاومة العصيات سالبة الجرام للمضادات الحيوية معزولة من الماشية. و اخذت 43 عينة من ثلاث مزارع على مستوى سوق أهراس و القالة. كشفت الاختبارات الميكروبيولوجية عن 23 سلالة بكتيرية Escherichia coli و Pseudomonas aeruginosa. اختبارات الحساسية أظهرت مقاومة كبيرة للمضادات الحيوية أموكسيسيلين + حمض الكلافولانيك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La résistance des bactéries a constitué une menace majeure de santé humaine et animale à l’échelle mondiale. L’objectif de cette étude était d’étudier le phénotype de résistance des bacilles à Gram négatifs aux antibiotiques isolés des animaux d’élevage. Un total de 43 prélèvements rectaux a été prélevé depuis trois fermes au niveau de la région de Souk Ahras et El Kala. Les tests microbiologiques ont révélés 23 souches bactériennes d’Escherichia coli et de Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Les tests de sensibilités vis-à-vis des antibiotiques ont montré une résistance importante à l’amoxicilline+acide clavulanique.
