Évaluation de la qualité bactériologique et physico-chimique de l’eau de source, Ain Beskoui, région de Zaarouria, Souk Ahras.

Abstract

The Water from the "Ain Beskoui" source represents an important resource for the supply of drinking water to the inhabitants of the commune of Zaarouria (wilaya of Souk-Ahras). For this purpose, the present work consists of carrying out a qualitative and quantitative study from the physico-chemical and bacteriological point of view of its water, based on the Algerian standards of potability of drinking water and the regulations in force, Ensure the health and wellbeing of the consumer. The results of the physicochemical analyzes showed that this water is very hard and very mineralized with a temperature almost constant and pH almost basic with a normal content of calcium, magnesium and chloride that do not exceed the Algerian standards of potability. This is related to the lands traversed. Concerning the bacteriological analysis, the results revealed the total absence of the indicators of faecal contamination such as total coliforms, fecal and faecal Streptococci and the reduction of the total germs with the presence of the yeasts. It is concluded that this water is of good quality from the point of view. It is suitable for human consumption. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ يمثل منبع" عين بسكوي" مصدرا ھاما للتزويد بالمياه الصالحة للشرب لسكان بلدية الزعر ورية بولاية سوق اهراس. لذا فإن ھذا البحث يضم دراسة فيزيوكيميائية و بكتريولوجية بالاعتماد على المعايير الوطنية الضابطة لاستهلاك المياه و الحفاظ على صحة المستهلك. و النتائج الفيزيوكيميائية لهذا الماء تبين انه غني بالمعادن مع درجة حرارة ثابتة تقريبا ودرجة الحموضة قاعدية تقريبا. مع محتوى طبيعي للكالسيوم والمغنيسيوم والكلور التي لا تتجاوز معايير مياه الشرب في بلادنا. مع أنھا صالحة للشرب باستثناء كمية المعادن المرتفعة. اما التحاليل البكتريولوجية بينت أنھا خالية من كل مؤشرات التلوث مثل مجموع القولونيات و المكورات العقدیة البرازية التي تعتبر مؤشرات التلوث . مما يقودنا لاستنتاج ان هذا المنبع صالح للشرب. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L’eau de la source « Ain Beskoui » représente une ressource importante pour l’alimentation en eau potable pour les habitants de la commune de Zaarouria (wilaya de Souk-Ahras). A cet effet, le présent travail consiste à effectuer une étude qualitative et quantitative du point de vue physico-chimique et bactériologique de son eau en se basant sur les normes algériennes de potabilité des eaux de consommation et la réglementation en vigueur, ceci pour assurer la santé et le bien-être du consommateur. Les résultats des analyses physico-chimiques ont montré que cette eau est très dure et très minéralisée avec une température presque constante et pH presque basique avec une teneur normale en calcium, magnésium et chlorure qui ne dépassent pas les normes algériennes de potabilité. Ceci est lié aux terrains traversés. Concernant l’analyse bactériologique, les résultats ont révélé l’absence totale des indicateurs de contamination fécale tels que les Coliformes totaux, fécaux et Streptocoques fécaux et la diminution des germes totaux avec la présence des levures. On conclue que cette eau est de bonne qualité et propre à la consommation humaine.
