Abstract

Strategic vigilance is considered as one of the modern concepts in gestion science, in fact it is an organized style in strategic management of an institution, strategic vigilance focuses on improving the institution competitiveness through supervising, controlling, analyzing scientific technical and technological areas , it also analyses the present and future economic influences to discover the available opportunities and the possible threats in a proactive voluntary type , so strategic vigilance offers to the institution strategic informations about what will happens in her area, and from this informations, the organization can make changes to suit the external envirenement, and to reach the aim of this study we depend’s on statistical analysis program, wicha questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 46 of executives and managers in the institution under study, where SPSS was used to analyze data and test hypothesis, tihe study reached a number of results and the most important of these results is there is a fairly acceptable practice of strategic vigilance, also there is an average impact of the effectiveness of strategic vigilance in the implementation of strategic management in belghith mills institution . .................................................................. ‬تعتبر اليقظة الاستراتيجية من المفاهيم الحديثة في علم الإدارة، بل هي في الواقع أسلوب منظم في الإدارة الإستراتيجية للمؤسسة، تركز اليقظة الإستراتيجية على التحسين القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة من خلال الإشراف والرقابة والتحليل العلمي والفني المجالات التكنولوجية، كما يقوم بتحليل التأثيرات الاقتصادية الحالية والمستقبلية لاكتشافها الفرص المتاحة والتهديدات المحتملة في نوع تطوعي استباقي، لذلك اليقظة الاستراتيجية تقدم للمؤسسة معلومات استراتيجية حول ما سيحدث في منطقتها، ومن هذا المنطلق المعلومات، يمكن للمنظمة إجراء تغييرات لتناسب البيئة الخارجية، والوصول إلى وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اعتماد برنامج التحليل الإحصائي، وتم توزيع استبيان ويتشا عليه عينة مكونة من 46 من المديرين التنفيذيين والمديرين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث تم استخدام برنامج SPSS وبتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ومن هذه النتائج وجود ممارسة مقبولة إلى حد ما لليقظة الاستراتيجية، كما أن هناك متوسط أثر فاعلية اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تنفيذ الإدارة الإستراتيجية في مؤسسة بلغيث ميلز .
