Effet toxique d’un mélange d’huiles essentielles végétales sur les larves de quatrième stade (L4) de moustiques.

Abstract

This workaims to estimate the toxiceffect ratios aftertreatment of the larvae of the fourth stage of the Culex pipiensmosquitoeswithdifferent concentrations of a mixture of Artemisiaherba-alba + Ocimumbasilicum, Artemisiaherba-alba+ Ziziphusspina-christi, Ziziphus spina-christi + Ocimum basilicum and Artemisia herba-alba + Ziziphus spina- christi+Ocimumbasilicum.Thisisunderlaboratoryconditionsandtherecommendations of the World HealthOrganization (WHO). The resultsshowed a highsensitivity to the treatedlarvaewith an increase in the concentration of these mixtures, the toxicityiswellmarkedwhen the duration of exposure of the larvaeis longer,as well as the comparisonbetween the : 1. ThetwooilsAllium cepaand ,Aloeverathe(Alliumcepa)isthe mostefficient. 2. The two mixtures Aloeveraand (Allium cepa + Aloevera) watchthat the mixture (Allium cepa + Aloevera) is the most efficient. 3. Thetwomixtures Alliumcepaand (Alliumcepa+ Aloevera) watchthatthe mixture (Allium cepa +Aloevera )is the most efficient. 4. AllmixturesAllium cepa,Aloeveraand(Allium cepa+Aloevera) watchedthat the mixture (Allium cepa + Aloevera) is the most efficient. spina-christi + Ocimum basilicum, et ceci dans des conditions de laboratoire et selon les recommandations de l’organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS). Les résultats ont montré qu’il y avait une grande sensibilité des larves traitées avec une augmentation de la concentration de ces mélanges et que la toxicité augmentait avec la l’allongementde la période. La comparaison entre les : 1. Deux huiles Allium cepaet Aloeveramontre que l’huile d’Allium cepaest le plus efficace. 2. Deux mélanges Aloeveraet (Allium cepa + Aloevera) montre que le mélange (Allium cepa + Aloevera) est le plus efficace. 3. Deux mélanges Allium cepaet (Allium cepa+ Aloevera) montre que le mélange constitué de (Allium cepa+ Aloevera) est le plus efficace. 4. Tous les mélanges Allium cepa,Aloeveraet (Allium cepa + Aloevera)montre que le mélange (Aloevera + Allium cepa) est plus efficace par rapport aux autres mélanges. Les tests de toxicité effectués, ont montré que ces mélanges possédaient des propriétés insecticides.Deplus le mélange (Aloevera+ Alliumcepa)est plusefficacepar rapport aux restes des mélanges.
