Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the basic concepts of early warning systems and their working mechanisms, as well as demonstrate the effectiveness of these systems in financial risk management. This is what has been addressed in the applied aspect of the study on the group of economic institutions of the Ahras market unit (Al-Dahn National Foundation, Greater Balghaith Mills Foundation, Algeria Foundation for Industrial and Technical Tissue) This study has demonstrated an impact relationship between warning systems and financial risk management as one of the tools developed to detect any problem or impediment that can cause material disruption at the level of these institutions. Hence, we conclude that institutions should activate early warning systems to address .financial risks that threaten their sustainability .......................................... تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان المفاهيم الأساسية لأنظمة الإنذار المبكر وآليات العمل به، وكذا إظهار فعالية هذه الأنظمة في إدارة المخاطر المالية، وهذا ما تم التطرق له في الجانب التطبيقي من الدراسة على مجموعة المؤسسات الاقتصادية لوحدة سوق أهراس)المؤسسة الوطنية لدهن، مؤسسة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى، المؤسسة الجزائرية للأنسجة الصناعية والتقنية(، حيث أثبتت لنا هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة تأثير بين أنظمة الإنذار وإدارة المخاطر المالية باعتبارها أداة من الأدوات المستحدثة للكشف عن أي مشكل أو عائق بامكانه أن يتسبب في إحداث خلل مادي على مستوى هذه المؤسسات، ومن هنا نستنتج ضرورة تفعيل المؤسسات لأنظمة الإنذار المبكر لمعالجة المخاطر المالية التي تهدد إستمراريتها
