Abstract

The study dealt with the effect of administrative control on the performance of the employees of the Greater Belghith Mills Company, which aimed to show the effect between the two variables and the relationship between them, by assessing the degree of the effect of the methods of administrative control on the performance of the employees. Measuring and evaluating performance in order to improve the performance and development of workers. On the practical level, the SPSS program was based on a questionnaire that collected the study's axes. The questionnaire was distributed to the staff of the Greater Belghith Mills. The results of the study were followed by a set of findings and conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a positive correlation between the administrative control on the performance of the employees and the impact of the two. The study also reached a number of recommendations, • Raising awareness of the importance of monitoring work . .............................................................. تناولت الدراسة أثر الرقابة الإدارية على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة شركة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى والتي هدفت إلى بيان التأثير بين المتغيرين و العلاقة بينهما، من خلال تقييم درجة تأثير الأساليب الإدارية الرقابة على أداء الموظفين. قياس وتقييم الأداء من أجل تحسين أداء وتطوير العاملين. وعلى المستوى العملي برنامج SPSS وذلك بناءً على استبانة جمعت محاور الدراسة. وتم توزيع الاستبيان على موظفو مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى. وتلا نتائج الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج والنتائج الاستنتاجات، وكان أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين الرقابة الإدارية على أداء العاملين وأثرهما. الدراسة كما تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات، • التوعية بأهمية المراقبة عمل .
