L'effet de pesticide grand 5 % ( lufenuron ) sur le poids corporel, sur le poids des testicules et sur quelquesparametres biochimiques du sang chez les males pigeons domestiques( columba livia ) pendant la periode de reproduction

Abstract

Through our study we aim to contribute to the knowledge about the impact of the growth regulator pesticide GRAND® 5% (lufenuron) on body weight, gonad weight and also on some biochemical indicators in blood plasma (cholesterol , triglycerides and glucose) concerning domestic male pigeons (Columba livia) in the treatment concentration 1/10 and 1/20, of the DL 50of birds (DL 50>2000 mg/kg), for a month. The results obtained show that this growth regulator GRAND® 5% (lufenuron) has no impact on either the body weight or on the carbohydrate metabolism of male birds during the treatment period. However, an unusual effect of increasing the rate of triglyceride and cholesterol levels (components involved in the synthesis of sex hormones) has been registered in the blood plasma after treatment with the pesticide and consequently that has led to a decrease in the weight of testicles at the end of the experiment. --------------------------------------------------------------------- نهدف من خلال الدراسة التي قمنا بها إلى المساهمة في معرفة مدى تأثير مبيد و منظم النمو GRAND® 5% (lufénuron)على وزن الجسم، وزن الغدد الجنسية الذكرية و كذا على بعض المؤشرات البيوكيميائية في بلازما الدم (الكولسترول، الغليسريدات الثلاثية و الغلوكوز) عند ذكور الحمام الأهلي Columba livia حيث تم معالجة الطيور بتركيز 1/10 و تركيز 1/20 منDL 50 للطيور> 2000مغ/كغ. تبين النتائج المتحصل عليها أن منظم النمو المستعمل GRAND® 5% (lufénuron) لم يكن له اثر ملحوظ على وزن الجسم و كذا على استقلاب الغلوكوز في الجسم. لكن تم تسجيل اثر زيادة في تركيز الغليسريدات الثلاثية و الكولسترول (مركبات لها علاقة بتكوين الهرمونات الجنسية) في بلازما الدم بعد المعالجة بالمبيد و يقابلها انخفاض في وزن الغدد الجنسية الذكرية (خصي) في أخر التجربة. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Nous visons à travers notre étude de contribuer à la connaissance de l'impact du pesticide régulateur de croissance GRAND® 5% (lufénuron) sur le poids corporel, sur le poids des gonades et ainsi que sur certains indicateurs biochimiques dans le plasma sanguin (cholestérol, les triglycérides et le glucose) chez les males pigeons domestiques (Columba livia) selon la concentration de traitement 1/10 et 1/20, de la DL 50 des oiseaux ( DL 50> 2000mg/kg), pendant un mois. Les résultats obtenus montrent que ce régulateur de croissance GRAND® 5% (lufénuron) n’a aucun impact ni sur le poids corporel ni sur le métabolisme des glucides des pigeons males durant la période de traitement. Cependant, un effet remarquable d’augmentation du taux des triglycérides et du taux cholestérol (composants impliqués dans la synthèse des hormones sexuelles) a été enregistré dans le plasma du sang après le traitement par ce pesticide ce qui a pour conséquence une diminution du poids des testicules récupérés à la fin de l’expérience.
