This study, entitled “A Pragmatic Analysis of Narrative Discourse in the Novel The Bug and the Pirate” by Amara Lakhous, seeks to highlight the relationship between pragmatics and discourse and to reveal the communicative purposes and intentions that the discourse seeks to achieve, which contributed to the construction of meaning within the novel, through the analysis of speech acts according to Searle, as his five classifications were relied upon: informative, directive, expressive, obligatory and declarative for the sake of pragmatic analysis ---------------------- ملخص : تسعى هذه الدراسة الموسومة " بالتحليل التداولي للخطاب الروائي في رواية البق والقرصان " لعمارة لخوص إلى إبراز العلاقة القائمة بين التداولية والخطاب والكشف عن الأغراض والمقاصد التواصلية التي يسعى الخطاب لتحقيقها ، مما ساهمت في بناء المعنى داخل الرواية ، وذلك من خلال تحليل الأفعال الكلامية عند سيرل إذْ تم الاعتماد على تصنيفاته الخمسة وهي : الإخباريات ، التوجيهات ، التعبيريات ، الالتزاميات و الاعلانيات من أجل التحليل التداولي --------------------- Résumé : Cette étude, intitulée « Analyse pragmatique du discours narratif dans le roman d’Amara Lakhous, “Le Scarabée et le Pirate” », vise à mettre en lumière la relation entre pragmatique et discours, et à révéler les objectifs et intentions communicatifs que le discours cherche à atteindre, contribuant ainsi à la construction du sens au sein du roman. Pour ce faire, elle s’appuie sur une analyse des actes de langage de Searle, en se basant sur ses cinq classifications : informatif, directif, expressif, obligatoire et déclaratif, aux fins d’une analyse pragmatique
