Palynothèque de quelques plantes allergisantes de la région de Souk - Ahras

Abstract

This work aims to realize a pollen atlas of some plants in the region of Souk-Ahras and especially allergenic plants. We studied 28 species belonging to 15 families where 10 allergenic families were identified. This study concerns, on the one hand, the pollen description (form, the existence of apertures, the ornamentation of the exine) in the natural state and colored with fuschine and, on the other hand, the botanical description of plants. The aim of this study is to contribute to the enrichment of our atlas and palynotheque with 28 slides references. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- يهدف هذا العمل إلى إنشاء أطلس غبار الطلع لبعض النباتات في منطقة سوق أهراس وخاصة النباتات المسببة للحساسية. درسنا 28 نوعًا تنتمي إلى 15 عائلة حيث تم تحديد 10 عائلة نباتات مسببة للحساسية. تتناول هذه الدراسة ، من جهة ، وصف حبوب اللقاح (الشكل ، وجود الفتحات ، زخرفة الزينة) في الحالة الطبيعية والملونة بالفوشين ، ومن ناحية أخرى ، الوصف النباتي للنباتات. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو المساهمة في إثراء أطلسنا و مكتبة حبوب الطلع بـــ 28 مرجع --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ce travail vise à réaliser un atlas pollinique de quelques plantes dans la région de Souk-Ahras et spécialement les plantes allergisantes. Nous avons étudié 28 espèces appartenant à 15 familles où 10 familles allergisantes ont été identifiées. Cette étude concerne d’une part, la description pollinique (forme, l’existence d’apertures, l’ornementation de l’exine) à l’état naturel et coloré à la fuschine et, d’autre part, la description botanique des plantes. L’intérêt de cette étude est de contribuer à l’enrichissement de notre atlas et palynothèque avec 28 lames de références
