Abstract

This study attempts to demonstrate the role played by public relations in raising production efficiency in the Sider Complex of Iron and Steel Al-Hadjar (Annaba). The objective of this study was to present two theoretical frameworks on public relations and productive efficiency, to remove ambiguity about its concept and to know the most important of these two terms. An applied framework included a field study of the compound. The questionnaire was one of the most important means. Public relations and the other are represented by productive efficiency After the theoretical and applied studies of the subject of the research, the hypotheses were validated and the answer to the problem was ascertained so that it was realized that there was a public relations effect in raising the productivity of the compound in question. This study recommended that the importance of public relations activity by focusing on the internal public and motivating it and the necessity of training to ensure the proper operation of the production process in the institution, and thus ensure good performance, which leads to increase production efficiency in the Sider complex.
