Abstract

Summary: Our study aims to learn the effects of digitization on public utility sustainability under the normal and extraordinary forms of the coronavirus pandemic. that adversely affected the normal and regular course of some of our findings that digitization has a significant impact 2021/2020, And after an analytical descriptive study of statistics on the public morphology The study also highlighted the state's efforts to modernize its management through the inclusion of the latest digital applications in the most important sectors such as the Directorate General of Security. The justice sector and the local "municipality" in order to serve the public interest .......................... ملخص : تهدف دارستنا الى معرفة اثار الرقمنة على استماررية المارفق العمومية في ظل الطروف العادية والاستثنائية كجائحة كورونا «19كوفيد» ، التي اثرت سلبا على السير العادي والمنتظم لبعض استخلصنا ان للرقمنة اثر كبير 2021/2020القطاعات ، و بعد دارسة وصفية تحليلية لإحصائيات على استماررية المارفق العمومية ،كما سلطت الدارسة الضوء على جهود الدولة الجازئرية من اجل عصرنة اداارتها من خلال ادارج احدث التطبيقات الرقمية في اهم القطاعات كالمديرية العامة للأمن ،قطاع العدالة والادا رة المحلية "البلدية " من اجل خدمة المصلحة العام ............................. Résumé : Notre étude vise à connaître les effets de la numérisation sur la durabilité des services publics dans le contexte des formes normales et extraordinaires de la pandémie de coronavirus. qui ont nui au cours normal et régulier de certaines de nos constatations selon lesquelles la numérisation a une incidence importante sur 2021-2020; Et après une analyse descriptive des statistiques sur la morphologie publique L’étude a également mis en évidence les efforts de l’État pour moderniser sa gestion par l’inclusion des dernières applications numériques dans les secteurs les plus importants tels que la Direction Générale de Sécurité.
