Abstract : Our study aims to highlight the role of participatory democracy as an input to the embodiment of good governance on a level local communities , Which is one of the most important foundations, as it came as a mechanism to repair the shortcomings of classical democracy, by working to involve as many citizens as possible in the conduct of their affairs and contribute to raising the sense of citizenship, where we tried during this research to highlight the concept of governance, We discussed the importance of participatory democracy, which is a mechanism of its mechanisms, and then we touched on the reality of its application at the level of Algerian local communities and the role of the Algerian legislator in devoting them through legal texts. ................... ملخص : تهدف دراستنا إلى إبراز دور الديمقراطية التشاركية كمدخل لتجسيد الحكم الراشد على مستوى الجماعات المحلية، والتي تعتبر أحد أهم أسسه، كونها جاءت كألية لإصلاح عيوب الديمقراطية الكلاسيكية، وذلك من خلال العمل على إشراك أكبر عدد ممكن نت المواطنين في تسيير شؤونهم والمساهمة في رفع حس المواطنة، حيث حاولنا خلال هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الحكم الراشد، وألياته ومنه تطرقنا لماهية الديمقراطية التشاركية التي تعد كألية من ألياته، ومن ثم تطرقنا إلى واقع تطبيقها على مستوى الجماعات المحلية ودور المشرع الجزائري في تكريسها من خلال النصوص القانونية . ...................

Résumé : Notre étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de la démocratie participative comme point d’entrée pour refléter la bonne gouvernance au niveau communautaire qui est considéré comme l’un de ses fondements les plus importants, car il est venu comme un mécanisme pour corriger les défauts de la démocratie classique. en engageant le plus de citoyens possible dans la conduite de leurs affaires et en contribuant à la promotion de la citoyenneté, Au cours de cette recherche, nous avons essayé de mettre en évidence le concept de bonne gouvernance. Nous avons donc abordé la réalité de leur application au niveau communautaire et le rôle du législateur algérien pour les inscrire dans des textes juridiques.
