Summary: The phenomenon of corruption is one of the most sensitive issues of interest to many researchers in various fields. It has become a dangerous global phenomenon that threatens the economy of States and causes them to collapse because of its negative effects on society The Algerian legislature has established national authorities ، including the National Commission for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption and the Central Office for the Suppression of Corruption. It has also relied on the administrative and penal courts to combat and prevent corruption. ................... ملخص: تعتبر ظاهرة الفساد من بين المواضيع الحساسة التي أثارت اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين في مختلف المجالات ، حيث أصبح ظاهرة عالمية خطيرة تهدد اقتصاد الدول وتعمل على انهياره لما له من آثار سلبية ، وهذا ما أدى إلى المنظمات الدولية بالإضافة إلى تبني الحكم الارشد للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة ، وتطبيق المساواة والعدالة داخل المجتمع. فقد اعتمد المشرع الجزائري على إنشاء هيئات وطنية وعلى أرسها الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته والديوان المركزي لقمع الفساد لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة. ..................... Résumé : Le phénomène de la corruption est l’un des sujets sensibles qui a attiré l’attention de nombreux chercheurs dans divers domaines. Il est devenu un phénomène mondial grave qui menace l’économie des États et cherche à l’effondrer en raison de ses effets négatifs. Cela a conduit à l’adoption d’organisations internationales en plus de l’adoption de la bonne gouvernance pour éliminer ce phénomène et l’application de l’égalité et de la justice dans la société. La législation algérienne reposait sur la création d’organismes nationaux et sur la création de la Commission nationale pour la prévention et le contrôle de la corruption et du Bureau central pour la répression de la corruption pour lutter contre ce phénomène.
