Les petites et moyennes enterprises sont considerees comme un facteur essentiel du devloppement economique et social en raison de leur capacite . A attirer la main d'oeuvre, c'est pourquoi l'algerie s'est apuyee sur mrthodes de financement modemes qui soutiennent ce type d'institutions.
