Effet du potassium ‘TURBO’ sur le poids corporel et certains paramètres biochimiques dans le plasma sanguin chez la caille de blé (Coturnixcoturnix)

Abstract

The objective of this study is to contribute to determining the effects resulting from repeated exposure to commercial potassium 'TURBO' on different biological levels body weight, as well as on the level of certain biochemical parameters of blood plasma, such as proteins, glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides). Three groups of male wheat quails were treated daily with (0.5 ml) commercial 'TURBO' potassium for 10 days according to the following experimental principle: The first group: Control group , The second group: Group treated (0.25 ml of potassium 'TURBO'), third group: Group treated (0.5 ml of potassium 'TURBO') and fourth group: Group treated by (1 ml of potassium ‘TURBO’). The results obtained showed the following: A non-significant decrease in the means of body weight of male wheat quails in group (04) and group (03), respectively, compared to the control group. There is also a non-significant imbalance between the groups. A non-significant increase in the average glucose concentrations in group (02) and group (04). On the other hand, a non-significant decrease in-group (03) compared to the control group. A non-significant increase in the average protein concentrations in group (04), group (03) and group (02) compared to the control group, as well as a non-significant increase in the treated groups (04, 03 and 02). A non-significant decrease in the means of triglyceride concentrations in group (02), group (03) and group (04) compared to the control group, respectively. On the other hand, there was a non-significant increase in the treated groups. A non-significant decrease in the means of cholesterol concentrations in group (04), group (03) and group (02) compared to the control group. A non-significant decrease between the treated groups. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو المساهمة في تحديد الاثار الناجمة عن التعرض المتكرر للبوتاسيوم التجاري ''تيربو" على وزن الجسم وعلى مستوى بعض المعايير البيو كيميائية في بلازما الدم كالبروتينات، الغلوكوز، الكولسترول والدهون الثلاثية) عند ذكور سمّان القمح. تمت المعالجة بالتزقيم اليومي ب:( 0،5) مل من بوتاسيوم "تيربو" التجاري لثلاثة أفواج من طيور سمّان القمح لمدة (10) أيّام وفق للمبدأ التجريبي التالي: الفوج (01): مراقب، الفوج (02): معالج بالتركيز (0،25) مل من ' تيربو' المستعمل في المجال الزراعي)، الفوج (02): معالج التركيز (0،5) مل "تيربو") والفوج (04): معالج بالتركيز(01) مل "تيربو"). أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها ما يلي: انخفاض غير معنوي تدريجي في وزن الجسم عند ذكور سمّان القمح عند الأفواج المعاملة (02)، (03) و (04) على التوالي مقارنة بالفوج المراقب وكذلك عند مقارنة الأفواج فيما بينها. ارتفاع غير معنوي لمتوسطات تراكيز الغلوكوز لدى الفوجين (02) و(04)، من ناحية أخرى، انخفاض غير معنوي لدى الفوج (03) مقارنة بالفوجالمراقب. ارتفاع غير معنوي لمتوسطات تراكيز البروتين لدى أفواج (04)، (03) و(02) مقارنة بالفوج المراقب وأيضا ارتفاع غير معنوي عند الأفواج المعاملة (04,03 و02). انخفاض غير معنوي لمتوسطات تراكيز الدهون الثلاثية لدى الأفواج (02)، (03) و(04) مقارنة بالفوج المراقب على الترتيب. من ناحية أخرى، ارتفاع غير معنوي بين الأفواج المعاملة المعالجة. انخفاض غير معنوي لمتوسطات تراكيز الكولسترول لدى الأفواج(04)، (03) و(02) مقارنة بالفوج المراقب. وانخفاض غير معنوي بين الأفواج المعالجة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Le but de cette étude est de contribuer à déterminer les effets de traitement par le potassium commercial ‘TURBO’ sur le poids corporel et certains paramètres biochimiques du plasma sanguin, tels que (les protéines, le glucose, le cholestérol et les triglycérides). Trois groupes de cailles de blé mâles ont été traités quotidiennement par (0,5 ml) de potassium ‘TURBO’ commercial pendant 10 jours selon le principe expérimental suivant : Le premier groupe : Groupe contrôle, Le deuxième groupe : Groupe traité par la concentration (0,25 ml de potassium ‘TURBO’), troisième groupe : Groupe traité par la concentration (0,5 ml de potassium ‘TURBO’) et quatrième groupe : Groupetraité par la concentration (1 ml de potassium ‘TURBO’). Les résultats obtenus ont montré les éléments suivants : Une diminution non significative des moyennes du poids corporel des cailles de blé mâles du groupe (04) et du groupe (03), respectivement, par rapport au groupe témoin. Il existe également un déséquilibre non significatif entre les groupes. Une augmentation non significative des moyennes des concentrations du glucose chez le groupe (02) et le groupe (04). En revanche, une diminution non significative chez le groupe (03) par rapport au groupe témoin.Une augmentation non significative des moyennes des concentrations de la protéine chez le groupe (04), le groupe (03) et le groupe (02) par rapport au groupe contrôle, ainsi qu'une augmentation non significative chez les groupes traités (04, 03 et 02). Une diminution non significative des moyennes des concentrations de triglycérides dans le groupe (02), le groupe (03) et le groupe (04) par rapport au groupe témoin (01), respectivement. En revanche, il y a eu une augmentation non significative chez les groupes traités. Une diminution non significative des moyennes des concentrations de cholestérol dans le groupe (04), le groupe (03) et le groupe (02) par rapport au groupe contrôle.
