دور إدارة المشاريع الاستثمارية في البنية التحتية للاتصالات في تحقيق التوجه الريادي - حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية سوق أهراس

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of investment project management in the telecommunications infrastructure in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation at Algeria Telecom. To achieve this goal, Algeria Telecom in the Souk Ahras province was selected to test the research hypotheses. For conducting the study, the descriptive method, case study approach, and content analysis were employed. As for the primary data collection methods, two main tools were used: interviews and questionnaires. This study was conducted on a sample of employees at this institution, where questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 38 individuals out of a research population of 220 individuals. The SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software was used to process and analyze the study data, in addition to interviews to understand the practical application of investment project management in infrastructure relying on some statistical methods. The study ultimately concluded that investment project management in the telecommunications infrastructure plays a significant role in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation at Algeria Telecom in the Souk Ahras province. It confirmed the existence of positive correlations between investment project management in the telecommunications infrastructure with its dimensions and the entrepreneurial orientation within this institution, as reflected by the respondents' answers. The research presented a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which is that Algeria Telecom should continue investingin telecommunications infrastructure, with a focus on rural and marginalized areas to ensure comprehensive development.

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد دور إدارة املشاريعاالستثماريةفي البنيةالتحتيةلالتصاالت في تحقيق التوجهالريادي في مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر و للوصول إلى هذا الهدف تم اختيار مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر بوالية سوق أهراس بغية اختبار فرضيات البحث فيها .و من أجل القيام بالدراسة تم االستعانة باملنهج الوصفي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة وتحليل املضمون، أما فيما يخص طبيعة أسلوب جمع البيانات األولية تم االعتماد على أداتان رئيسيتان هما املقابلة و االستبيان . وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من املوظفين بهذه املؤسسة ييث تم توييع االستبيانات على عينة حجمها )38 ) مفردة من مجتمع البحث البالغ عدد مفرداته )222 ) مفردة.ييث تم استخدام برنامج SSSS الحزمة اإليصائية للعلوم االجتماعية في معالجة و تحليل بيانات الدراسة، باإلضافة إلى املقابالت من أجل معرفة تطبيق واقعي إلدارة املشاريعاالستثماريةللبنيةالتحتيةوذلكباالعتماد علىبعض الوسائل اإليصائية. و قد توصلت الدراسة في األخير إلى أن هناك دور كبير تلعبه إدارة املشاريع االستثمارية في البنية التحتية لالتصاالت في تحقيق التوجه الريادي في مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر بوالية سوق أهراس، ييث تم تأكيد وجود عالقات ارتباط موجبة بين إدارة املشاريع االستثمارية في البنية التحتية لالتصاالت بأبعادها و التوجه الريادي بهذه املؤسسة كما عكستها إجابات املستقص ي منهم، وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات واملقتريات أهمها استمرار مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر في االستثمار في البنية التحتية لالتصاالت، مع التركيز على املناطق الريفية واملهمشة لضمان شمولية التنمية.

Pour atteindre cet objectif, l'entreprise Algérie Télécom dans la wilaya de Souk Ahras a été choisie pour tester les hypothèses de la recherche. Afin de mener cette étude, la méthode descriptive, l'étude de cas et l'analyse de contenu ont été utilisées. En ce qui concerne la collecte des données primaires, deux outils principaux ont été adoptés : l'entretien et le questionnaire. Cette étude a été menée sur un échantillon de salariés de cette entreprise, avec des questionnaires distribués à un échantillon de 38 individus parmi les 220 membres de la population de recherche. Le programme SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) a été utilisé pour traiter et analyser les données de l'étude, ainsi que des entretiens pour comprendre l'application pratique de la gestion des projets d'investissement dans les infrastructures en utilisant certaines techniques statistiques. Enfin, l'étude a conclu que la gestion des projets d'investissement dans les infrastructures de télécommunications joue un rôle important dans la réalisation de l'orientation entrepreneuriale de l'entreprise Algérie Télécom dans la wilaya de Souk Ahras. Il a été confirmé qu'il existe des relations positives entre la gestion des projets d'investissement dans les infrastructures de télécommunications dans ses différentes dimensions et l'orientation entrepreneuriale dans cette entreprise, comme le reflètent les réponses des participants. La recherche a présenté une série de recommandations et de suggestions, notamment la poursuite de l'investissement d'Algérie Télécom dans les infrastructures de télécommunications, avec un accent particulier sur les zones rurales et marginalisées pour garantir un développement inclusif.
