Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the most important topics that have captured the attention of many writers and thinkers in business administration, because most individuals spend a large part of their lives at work and therefore seek to search for job satisfaction and its role in their personal and professional lives, as it constitutes an important motivation towards outstanding achievement for for organizations and employees. La satisfaction au travail est l'un des sujets les plus importants qui ont retenu l'attention de nombreux écrivains et penseurs en administration des affaires, car la plupart des individus passent une grande partie de leur vie au travail et cherchent donc à rechercher la satisfaction au travail et son rôle dans leur vie personnelle et personnelle. vie professionnelle car il constitue une motivation importante vers des réalisations exceptionnelles pour les organisations et les employés. Ceci a été démontré dans notre étude appliquée en mesurant et en étudiant les facteurs influant sur la satisfaction au travail à l'Institut National de la Graisse Unité de l'Etat de Souk Ahras.
