Abstract

Summary: After Algeria's transition towards a market economy and its economic transformations, as the State gradually withdrew from the economic field, It opened the way for the private sector to engage freely in business activities In order to keep abreast of various global economic developments, Algeria has provided all the conditions and to create an enabling environment for accession to the world's largest organizations, including the World Trade Organization, This is in order to liberalize trade and, in turn, sought to preserve the most important freedoms enshrined in Algeria's Constitution, Among them is the principle of freedom of trade, which in turn represents the economic facade of the Algerian State. ................... الملخص : بعد التحول الذي شهدته الجزائر نحو اقتصاد السوق ، وما قامت به من تحولات اقتصادية حيث انسحبت الدولة تدريجيا من الحقل الاقتصادي ، وفتحت المجال أمام القطاع الخاص لممارسة النشاطات التجارية بكل حرية ، وسعيا منها لمواكبة مختلف التطورات الاقتصادية العالمية، قامت الجزائر بتوفير كافة الظروف، وتهيئة المناخ الملائم من أجل الانضمام لأكبر المنظمات العالمية من بينها منظمة التجارة العالمية ، وهذا من أجل تحرير التجارة ، كما سعت بدورها للحفاظ على أهم الحريات المنصوص عليها في الدستور الجزائري، من بينها مبدأ حرية التجارة، الذي يمثل بدوره الواجهة الاقتصادية للدولة الجزائرية. ....................... Résumé Après la transformation de l’Algérie en une économie de marché et les transformations économiques que le pays a progressivement retirées du domaine économique, le pays a pu ouvrir la voie au libre exercice des activités commerciales de l’Algérie, afin de faire face aux divers développements économiques mondiaux. Afin de rejoindre les plus grandes organisations internationales, y compris l'Organisation mondiale du commerce, et ce, dans le cadre de la libéralisation du commerce, il s'est attaché à préserver les libertés les plus importantes inscrites dans la constitution algérienne, y compris le principe du libre commerce, qui représente à son tour le front économique de l'État Algérie
