Abstract

This studyaimed to identify the impact of strategicalignment in itsvarious dimensions in enhancing the entrepreneurial performance of the grand balghithflourmillcompany in M’daourouch, souk ahras. The questionnaire wasused as a tool for the study and the necessary information wascollectedfrom the institution understudy and the necessary information wascollectedfrom the institution understudy by distributing a questionnaire designed for thispurpose, containing 48 phrases distributedat the level of senior and middle management. A set of statisticalmethodswereused and based on the results of SPSS22. Significanteffect of the strategic compatibility on the pioneering performance of the company, in addition to the absence of significantdifferencesbetween the averages of the answers of the studysample due to the variable educational qualification and ageat a level of significancegreaterthan 0.05, as well as the studyreachedseveralrecommendations, the most important of which are : the companyshouldadopt modern systems of communication as inputs to the strategicalignmentprocess. The company must alsoadopt the principle of partnership to develop a harmoniousworkenvironment and pay attention to motivatingemployees, encouragingthem to takepaidleave and payingthemrewardsbased on the performance providedatwork. .......................................... هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير التوافق الإستراتيجي بمختلف أبعاده في تعزيز الأداء الريادي في شركة مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى بمداوروش س/ه، امتدت هذه الدراسة خلال شهر ماي وقمنا باستخدام طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية والتي بلغ حجمها ) 14 ( استبانة، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وتم جمع المعلومات اللازمة من الشركة محل الدراسة عن طريق توزيع الاستبيان صمم لهذا الغرض يحتوي على ) 14 ( عبارة وزع على مستوى الإدارة العليا والوسطى وتم استخدام مجموعة من وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج ،spss الأساليب الإحصائية وبالاعتماد على نتائج برنامج ال 22 أهمها: وجود تأثير معنوي للتوافق الإستراتيجي على الأداء الريادي في مطاحن بلغيث الكبرى، كذل وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوي بين كل من التوافق الإستراتيجي والأداء الريادي للشركة، إضافة إلى وجود اختلافات معنوية بين مت وسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي عند مستوى معنوية 0.0 . وعدم وجود اختلافات معن وية بين متوسطي إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغير الجنس عند مستوى معنوية 0.0 .، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها: على الشركة تبني نظم حديثة للاتصالات من أجل توفير معلومات كافية كمدخلات لعملية التوافق الإستراتيجي، كذل يجب على الشركة اعتماد مبدأ الشراكة لتطوير بيئة عمل منسجمة والاهتمام بتحفيز العاملين وتشجيعهم بإجازة مدفوعة الأجر ودفع المكافآت لهم اعتمادا على الأداء المقدم في العمل
